Great result, and it's good to see the coverage by the local 7 affiliate up there.

This is one advantage of regional areas, where the local media which actually function as the mainstream media there will actually support their teams, something we'll see in the Grand Final, no doubt.

My dream would be for it to be an open draw all the way through to the final (so no more free rides for State clubs to the semis) but I might be asking for too much there. New sponsor is probably more likely.

It won't be FFA Cup specific. The A-League and Matildas social media accounts have also said they are making announcements today at 11.30am.

Telstra look to be involved.

So my guess is that it's either a sponsorship announcement, or a digital marketing deal of some sort.

It would be an absolute disgrace if Devonport had to host an A League side in Launceston.

Either way South Hobart or Devonport should have enough to cause problems for other NPL sides.

The SA Athletics Stadium has recently received funding for a lighting upgrade which will begin very soon.

This upgrade will take us to above 500 to 1000 lux.

The existing lighting is less than 200 lux,
