OK, 26min 4:0 Germany. Thought it would be a good time to open the thread. Germany very solid but brazil just totally asleep. Bernard nothing at all and Dante.....finally being shown how poor the guy is.

Woke up 5 minutes before kick-off, struggled to stay awake. Eyes are bloody open now. This is awesome.

By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Brazil looked toothless in attack from the get go. Germany was cutting the defence apart. But still would have thought Brazil would have lifted after the first goal.

It really is. After the first ten minutes or so every touch in Brazil's half had a reason and effect. Insane.

Makes the 2010 4:0 loss go away even a bit more. Sure we all have to get over things but this game will be one for WC history.

Brazil finally being shown up for the team they truly are. This is what happens when you decide after 2002 to change national direction and become a physical team rather than one that used to play jogo bonito.

Brazil don't produce volante's anymore....unless they change back to who they really are....we will never see another Ronaldhino, Kaka, Denilson or Rivaldo.

If they keep on the same path...watch their stocks plummet for years to come.

IMO they forgot they were professionals and lost confidence after some shit defending. They're still Brazil.

This game will not disappear into history. This is the game.

Muller makes it 10 world cup goals by 24 years of age. He then sets up Klose's 16th, making him the all time leading goalscorer in World Cups. Germany then run riot over Brazil, on their turf, in their world cup, that they believed they were destined to win.

If the Maracanazo can resonate 64 years through time, then this will redefine Brazilian Football. The Maracana can rest easy knowing Mineirao is the new home of their greatest blow.

I haven't laughed this much at a football match since... well, ever!

The Brazilians and their attitude that it's their divine right to win this cup have been making me want to vomit all tournament, and then David Luiz hold's up Neymar's shirt at the anthems as if he'd fucking died or something. Get. Me. A. Bucket. So, so happy they're getting absolutely stuffed!

2 decent chances for Brazil. If they can get one before 60 then they might wake that one bit more. Neuer with brilliant saves!
