As much as the 7-1 loss is a nightmare for Brazil, it won't come close to the tsunami that will engulf Brazil if their traditional foe, Argentina, manage to beat Netherlands and Germany to win the World Cup. Can you see that happening?

It'll be fine, they've already started to jump ship...

More pain from having to play a third place play-off. I wonder if they'll break out the Neymar jersey again.

Based on Argentina's performances at this WC, it'll be eye bleeding pain for the majority of the world too.

Brazil don;t have any really hated rival, I would have been more worried if they played Argentina because of the clashes with both sets of fans. I think your talking a load of nonsense anyway. People only riot if a rival beats them not if they win somewhere else.

A lot of them were hoping that Argentina would win, so they didnt have to face the humiliation of losing to them for 3rd place. Others wanted them to lose, because they hate Argentina. There is not a lot of friendliness in the rivalry and there wont be any riots in the streets in the case that Argentina win.... however we could see some violence should Argentina win AND celebrate a little too much, there will be quite a few loose cannons that wont take too kindly to that.
