“We also have the problem that the Croydon match will fall on a Saturday and we have quite a few players who double up on weekends and play Australian Rules Football as well,” he explained.

“Normally our soccer games are on Sundays and don’t clash with the footy.

That may have had something to do with it, but honestly I wouldn't know who their starting 11 would usually be anyway.
