All Victorian Qualifying rounds for Westfield FFA Cup will be live streamed on the FFV Facebook page starting with the Qualifying Rounds one and two on Tuesday, January 31, from 12.30pm.

The closing date for entries into the FFA Cup Preliminary rounds in WA is Friday February 10th.

We hope to make the draw for the first round sometime in the following week.

Any idea why Cup entry in FNSW is so pathetic? They supposedly have the highest participation number by a huge margin but are dwarfed by FFV in terms of Cup entries. FFV have 191 current entries for the Cup and FNSW have only just got to 100, only 130 total last year. Is it time to consider taking that 5th spot from FNSW if they can't get their Cup entries up to an acceptable level.   

NSW is pathetic. Period.

They do, however have another month to stump up 30 clubs plus but, yes, I do agree with you.

These are teams from Capital 2, 3 and 4 and a few from Capital 1 in Brisbane.  The next level up is the Brisbane Premier League and then the NPL.  To be honest, I think there'd be very few teams in Queensland that you could argue were any but amateur.

FNSW only forces NPL 1,2,3 and state league 1 teams to enter, most local clubs do not enter, our local leagues could be run so much better and I think the Victorian leagues are set up much better. I'd like FNSW to reach out to local clubs to join the FFA cup possibly by reducing entry fee and encouraging them to join.
