Djite has also been spotted back in Adelaide today, apparently released by his K-League club. With Senegalese striker Babacar Gueye strongly rumoured as Adelaide's latest signing is there also room for Djite and/or Babalj who is also currently trialling? Or will another team pick him up? 

It is Papa Babacar 'Baba' Diawara who it seems we are signing not Babacar Gueye. Baba looks to be the much better prospect.

If Djite is available then the club would be stupid not to sign him. Even if we have filled the cap with Baba and perhaps another signing surely we still have a marquee spot available. Baba can play on the wing, we are suddenly lacking wingers, Henrique gone, Garuccio not looking comfortable on the wing, Miluesnic and Kitto both injured hamstrings and Cirio playing centrally.

And I agree that we should definitely get Bruce back if he is indeed available. Obviously knows the league and the coach, and even if he isn't prolific in front of goal (he never has been, half of last season aside) he's always been a great hold up player as well as a tireless worker. I think he would add a lot to our front third by giving us an actual target up front.
