Yeah RB have a rule where they purposley rely and try to develop youth first and its one of their main goals. Ueah the A-league relies on using shared stadiums such as etihad stadiums and thoose rugby league stadiums in sydney. itd weird to see Melbourne city and victory sharing the same home stadium...... bit its the A-league after all. The afl, cricket are priorities over it. What the A-league really needs is investment and money in the league, how can we compete with the money we have?

Tbh i dont excatly understand why they are hated. Who cares if they are owned by a company?? Why is that a problem. Its not like all the big clubs in the world arent owned by billionaires like chelsea and man city or billionaire groups

the issue people have in Germany is that there is the 50+1 rule for club ownership to ensure a single owner such as a billionaire or a company can't own a club with a majority share. i.e. a single person/entity can only own 49% with the club's members owning 51%. RB bent the rules by essentially closing off the membership route to owning the club to RB directors and then putting up huge financial barriers for anyone else to join and they bent the rules regarding the club name. They are not the first club to bend the rules, Hoffenheim is another club that gets people riled up but this is probably the biggest threat to the traditional old guard of German football. The club is built to sell red bull, not in the right spirit of the game. Unlike in a lot of other countries, especially in Europe, German football fans hold a lot of power in the game and they are not afraid to make their thoughts heard. So yeah it really comes down to the fact that RB are going against the traditional football culture of football in Germany and for anybody outside of the direct fans of RB Leipzig it leaves a very bad taste in the mouth.

I saw something on cable about this a few months ago or somewhere on the vision, I wanted to post but couldn't recall the facts.
Correct its just business, pretty much stripped an old clubs identity guaranteeing success but on their own terms.
Wonder how the players feel about it ? got good pay cheqs I expect ????? with much RB haha
