One of things the Germans do is players work with a ball for 50% of the training sessions on an individual basis.
All other training, tactics, SSGs, occurs for the other 50% of sessions in Germany.
In Australia under our model of senior training this can be loosely broken down as 25% with the ball on an individual basis depending on what the coach prescribes.
At junior level individual ball work ( depending on the coach) takes up about 33% of a session.
In the SAP that was run by state SAP trainers, it took up closer to 40 - 50%.
