According to The Walker (@MrWalkerAgent) on twitter, MV, WSW and Jets have sent initial offers to representatives of Vidosic. I can't see MV really needing him. WSW only got the best out of him a couple of times, but could be keen for another go. Jets could potentially use him for depth, however they are running out of squad spaces.

I think vidosic needs to admit that his best career move is the a league long term. He needs to sign on for a few seasons and get some consistency into his game. Jets could use him if burns isn't possible. A quality player none the less would be happy to see him back in the a league

Judging from this FFT article about him:

He seems relatively grounded now.

Particularly considering Carrusca has left Adelaide, and the Vidosic's are basing themselves in Adelaide, it makes a tonne of sense for him to sign there if they want him.

Wanderers makes sense for him. Last time around he spent most of the season coming off the bench because Nichols and Bridge were in red hot form.

Signing for WSW means Roly can go back to CDM, Dario takes CAM or pushes Jumpei out of the side entirely. We only have 2 spots left so we need to choose wisely.

Jets will be a good option for him. They are going to need more goal scoring options if they are serious about making a go of it. Dario offers potential goals

I agree that it looks like the A-League is the best option for him for the moment. At least he is proven at this level and he can obviously contribute to a few potential teams. It seems that most of his A-League options could work out well for him for different reasons. I think he is a talented player and does offer a fair bit, as long as he is focused and doesn't over-value himself. For me, he's similar to Troisi, in that he has appeared to have an inflated sense of self-value as a player, and due to that has never really stuck it out at clubs for long periods of time. He definitely has talent, but he just needs to make a move which is a bit more settled and secure. I would personally love to have him at the Jets, but the other options seem good too.

McKinna hinted that with Kokko leaving his space and salary could be used for an Australian attacker. He doubted Burns coming to Newcastle so Vidosic seems the most likely (unless he was being sp00ky and meant Carrusca)

He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

So is Burns unlikely to go to Jets?

I know everybody is going to chuck up Nathan Burns, and that would be lovely, but obviously that’s not in the budget at the moment. We’ve spoken to him, but there are a few offers coming in from overseas clubs, and if that happens, we’re no chance

Interesting. So an A-L move unlikely then.
