With the championship kicking off this weekend I was looking forward to catching a few games on BeIN Sports as per the last few years. Looking in the online guide it doesn't seem any matches are being shown? Has this something to do with ifollow? No more championship on tv?

Australian rights are still being negotiated. U.S rights just got confirmed with bein again so it's probably overly optimistic to think they'll be sorted by match day 1, but I think it will be sorted one way or another by next weekend

I had the same question. Thanks for the update. Fingers crossed it gets sorted soon.

Can't rely on them making any kind of deal.

ESPN won the rights over Bein in the US for the Championship.

Championship clubs seem to want to do there own thing with iFollow.
Looked my club up and the cost is $185AU for a season pass for EVERY league game in HD

Thinking seriously about it while Bein fuck around.

TBH if Bein don't get it, i'm closing down FOX. No EPL and no Champ so there is no reason to keep it

Yes sorry was supposed to have written ESPN not bein for the US rights. The problem for ESPN here is that the football clashes with the US sports on early in the morning our time. Bein have been very quiet though so it's a genuine chance now that we won't have English league football here this season

BeIn Sports showed the Fulham v Norwich game.

Was it live?

There was no indication it was on at all.
