So im running high on the win and posting again! Usually we play a farewell match prior to heading down to the world cup who do you want to see us play. Usually out of the team that haven't qualified? For me it would have to be one of these Ivory Coast Chile Italy

No WC participant would come down. USA? Italy in Melbourne would be sweet.

NZ football has not only gone backwards but it is actually damaging our football with the Nix being such a flop. I hope they don't qualify tomorrow because they don't respect the game and they don't play football just sit and counter. 3-4 years ago i was an avid supporter of NZ football and the Nix being part of the HAL but years of poor crowds and disregard for the league has me saying WTF is the point of NZ football? they simply dont care about football and cant even get 10k supporters to there only professional football team. #GoPeru

Highly doubt a qualified nation will fly halfway across the world with their A-grade players to play here. The massive ego and pride of the Italians, Dutch and Americans means they'll most likely refuse any invitation. Unfortunately a B-grade African or Central American team.

Hope they don't bother with Greece again, would be overkill to bring them out once more.
My gut feeling is we will try bring out the yanks. At the end of the day they're a World Cup caliber team that bottled it so would be a good challenge.

Mate you can do anything with money. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-5077193/Brazil-football-s-Harlem-Globetrotters.htmlThe carrot for example Italy is to rebuild the squad and build a new team culture. Its one of the longest trips they can make. Come down, pat a koala, r & r.

Could bring out the yanks men and women ... that would really freak AFL out - a foreign sporting team that’s not WA and women playing something other than AFL !?!

Republic of Ireland or Turkey. As long as Queensland doesn't get to host it.

Italy would be a great opponent. NZ would give us a good game too. Hopefully we can get a couple of games.
