Did you know Arzani achieved 98 in his HSC atar  score . He is also studying biomedical science  since leaving school at Sydney Boys High. Unbelievably he only joined a club at the age of 10 Coogee United.

Good to see Atkinson back...hopefully his injury has not badly disrupted his development.

Can any City fans elaborate on Anthony Lesiotis? All I could find is that he is a 17 year-old defensive midfielder (apparently). He must have done something to impress Joyce to get into the squad. Good to see this sort of thing though, its nice to see unknown youngsters get included in matchday squads at a whim. Wish it would happen more in the A-League.

He actually wasn't have a great game, but he's able to create something out of nothing. And just as the haters come out. Awesome stuff.

How many of the current national team would be able to replicate that sequence by Arzani? Rogic? Maybe Leckie? Not many I wager.

Exactly. He was very poor for most of the first half but then just switched on in the last five minutes and pulled that out of nothing. I was even about to comment how underwhelming he was and then he went and scored as I was typing my comment!
