Correction:
Troisi is Why Nobody likes Victory.
Must’ve just slipped by the editor. Happens all the time

Muscat is a repulsive, pig of a grime. And his assistant coaches are just as toxic.
THAT is why I hate them

The inconvenient truth is that if Muscat never came back to finish his career in Australia none of the haters would have strong feelings about him, and would have confected some other pretext to hate Victory. It's all tall poppy syndrome as Troisi said, simple as that. Wouldn't have it any other way. :)

I quite like Victory. When I'm a neutral, I tend to respect successful sides. Just doesn't feel right that they won it from distant 4th though.
I also liked Troisi's Confed Cup goal. I wish him well. Didn't click on the article.

Playing over here was a chance at redemption but he should he much preferred cheating and violence in every game he played here too. Muscat is the only thing I have against MV.

I thought Sydney FC were the most hated team because we're the most awesome.

+xI thought Sydney FC were the most hated team because we're the most awesome. We are infinitely more hated. Just imagine the difference in reaction if Sydney's assistants physically assaulted a Victory player during the semi-final. This place would have gone into meltdown, people would be calling for lifetime bans, citing the banning of fans as an example, claiming Sydney always get special treatment etc. Instead most people elected to ignore or even condone it because it was a Sydney player people love to hate on the receiving end. Hatred is first and foremost defined by irrationality. Dislike of Muscat isn't irrational at all. The man built his career off being a thug.

An excellent achievement and the most prestigious honour in the A-League. I look at the Grand Final like England's FFA Cup Final. We won it, which takes nothing away from Sydney's excellent season, other than that they didn't finish the job and do the double.

I, like many Victory fans have gone off Troisi this year, but he's 100% correct on this. If Newcastle had won due to the same controversy, everyone would be talking about their fairytale.

Seriously what stooopid topics to discuss and typical due to the wannabeee in article quoting as such. Talk about some form of insecurity but not surprising. Seriously this countries media and player spin is "unique" as they say - where else do read about this stupid crap of clubs but worse its from a player lol...... Yep, Victory have their own supporters just as every club and most if not all dislike the clubs they oppose - like DOH !

This is about who can claim to be most hated! I hope we get a few more pages. It would be good through the off season though, if any thread that claimed 5 consecutive P&R posts be immediately closed because ...off-topic.
