PS4 NPL STRUCTURE & TEAMS
Capital Football are proud to announce the makeup of the PS4 National Premier Leagues competition for the 2017 season.
Capital Football’s premier competition for Men and Boy’s will feature all of the teams from the previous season, a great sign for football in the area, who will be joined by one more club from NSW.
The Riverina Rhinos will make their debut in the competition, while the previously standalone Canberra United Academy and FFA Centre of Excellence development programs will align as one for match days.
The Riverina Rhinos will represent the south-west region of New South Wales, and have competed for a number of years in Football NSW leagues.
Capital Football CEO Phil Brown said the organisation is looking forward to having another strong club join the growing league.
“We are excited to welcome the Rhinos to the Capital Football family, and look forward to seeing their players test themselves against the region’s best.”
The consolidation of the Centre of Excellence and Canberra United Academy will see the former maintain their position in the NPL proper, while the Academy will field teams in NPL age grade leagues.
The outlook is bright for our NPL sides, with Canberra well and truly on the footballing radar following Canberra Olympic’s enthralling run to the semi-finals of the FFA Cup this season.
The support of the football community is essential for the sustainability of such a strong league, and Capital Football would like to thank all those involved for their continuing support

Canberra Olympic's speedy striker Philippe Bernabo-Madrid has signed with Victorian state-league side Port Melbourne Sharks for the 2017 season.
The Columbian spearhead took advantage of the national stage during Olympic's dream run to the semi-final of the FFA Cup after also leading the team to win each trophy in the capital.
This season alone the 24-year-old has scored 20 goals, 15 in the league and five in the cup, including four in one match during their 8-1 rout of Woden.
And when he scored the match-winner against Surfers Paradise Apollo in the FFA Cup round of 32 he became the focus of Olympic's run.
"The cup is the best thing to happen to football in Australia," Bernabo-Madrid said. "We had a semi-final the whole country was watching as just part-timers but that just opens up a lot of doors for the players."
Bernabo-Madrid said he and the other Olympic players had been contacted by a number of clubs across Australia but a last-gasp push by the Sharks confirmed his move to Melbourne.
"Everybody was watching the FFA Cup and there was interest in a lot of our players, it's just I was willing to make the move," he said.
"I've been wanting to move there for a long time and it all worked out well with us having a really good season here."
Port Melbourne have been a mid-table team in the Victorian National Premier League for a number of years but new coach Domenic Barba has brought in a number of new signings to join Bernabo-Madrid.
"It's definitely a step up for me so I'm just excited to see how it goes."

With an extensive background in youth and junior development, Tony Olivera’s appointment as Head Coach of Wanderers provides a real fillip for a club focused on success through community development.
Olivera also brings a wealth of knowledge at the NPL level in Canberra with previous stints at TUFC, BUFC, Canberra Olympic and Woden Valley FC. Indeed, as an ex Woden Valley coach and Weston Molonglo FC player, Olivera is well placed to understand the nuances of Wanderers and supporting community clubs.
In returning to his spiritual football home, Mr Olivera said ‘I am delighted to take on the role of Wanderers 1st Grade Coach with a remit to build a professional and competitive PL program through leveraging our talented youth and community based players.’ Olivera is joined by long time assistant Alex Redmond providing the young Wanderers a real chance to make a mark in 2017.

The acquisition of Gabriel Abdala to the Riverina Rhinos senior staff is the final piece of the coaching puzzle as they head into their first season in Capital Football’s National Premier League (NPL) competition, according to first grade coach Ross Morgan.
Abdala comes on as an assistant coach and, along with strength and conditioning coach Zach Bristow, will help out first grade and under 20s mentors Morgan and Rocky Marando.
“We're happy now the coaching staff has come together with Gabriel on board,” Morgan said.
“Zach Bristow’s been brilliant for pre-season and he’ll continue to run sessions.
“We’ve finally got a coaching team together to fit the level that the team wants to play at.”
Abdala brings a wealth of experience with him to the representative side.
He's coached with NPL side Bankstown City Lions – from juniors through to seniors – where he’s rubbed shoulders with former Socceroos Michael Beauchamp and Dean Heffernan.
Along with experience, the Sydney native is hoping to help the Rhinos develop an exciting brand of football.
“Ross is on the same wave length I am, we like to see that [possession-based] brand of football,” Abdala said.
“For me, it’s the best type of football you can play. I like it when players are always thinking, always switched on and waiting to create those opportunities where you can hurt the other team.”
Abdala said he wanted to see the sides grow as teams but also players individually.
He said some onus would be put back on the players as they look to become a professional outfit.
“Any club that’s within the NPL, you’re within that professional environment,” Abdala said.
“I think players need to take that next step, as well as coaching staff, in order to promote professionalism and I’m a big believer in injury prevention.
“Last week when I took the team for a session, I started implementing the Fifa 11 plus [warm up program].
“What we’re trying to do is ensure the longevity of our players throughout the season. Whether you win or lose every game, if players are still able to play, it’s a tick off our check list.”
Abdala is also hoping to help out players from around the region by holding sessions which are still to be finalised.
The Rhinos were scheduled to play a trial match on the weekend but it was cancelled due to the extreme heat. However, the Rhinos will play more trials in the coming weeks.

Tuggeranong United announce those returning for 2017 The boys are back for PS4 NPL 2017
Men’s Head Coach Miro Trninic has retained the vast bulk of his 2016 squad for this season, no less than 17 players already committed to our PS4 NPL campaign in 2017, and a number still in discussions.
TUFC fans will be excited to hear that crowd favourite Nikos Kalfas is among those sporting the green white and gold again, after his first season in the Valley set the field alight with electric attacking style, netting seven league goals. His fellow forward Andrew Slavich also notched up seven goals in his first season here at Tuggies, including a thrilling last round goal in Cooma.
Nick Faust and Sean Kiddey are back after injury plagued both of them last year. It’s very pleasing to see them back fit and ready to make up for lost time. Club stalwart Cam Doherty returns to the defence alongside Liam Highmore and keeper Tom Barton, while exciting midfielders Dom Collucello, Daniel Roberts and Tim Anderson return to the team.
There’s a solid group of youngsters that will return after many made their first team debut in 2016. Eddie Coggan, Matt King, Adam Seselja, Marshall Smyth, Jack Grady and Ohio Asikhia will all be putting their hands up to once again to claim a spot each week in what is shaping up to be an intimidating Tuggies squad.
It’s particularly pleasin g to have a genuinely balanced squad of newcomers, current players and young home-grown talent lined up for the season. The perfect mix to lead our development-focused youth programs. Don’t miss seeing the Tuggies boys in action when the PS4 National Premier League kicks off in March.

Tuggeranong announce new signings for 2017 New NPL recruits at Tuggies
An exciting 2017 Men’s NPL season is shaping up for fans of Tuggeranong United, with Coach Miro Trninic adding eight new recruits to an already strong group. Tuggies has proven to be a popular destination during the off-season, a credit to our coaches, players and officials after a successful 2016.
Former Belconnen United rising stars Nikola Popovich, Aisosa Ihegie and Canberra FC livewire Josip Jadric lead the group of new-comers to our club. They are joined by Ben Jackson (Belconnen United), Nikola Barisic (Canberra FC), brothers Goran and Milos Milutinovic (Woden-Weston & Queanbeyan City), and our own Jono Turek returning after a year with Canberra United Academy.
Coach Trninic is already in an enviable position, retaining no less than 17 of last year’s squad, including Greek superstar Nikos Kalfas and club stalwarts Sean Kiddey and Cam Doherty. Competition for starting positions will be fierce, a perfect recipe for a strong season in the Valley.
These new additions will have Tuggies fans brimming with confidence as we set our sights on the most exciting Tuggies season in years.

PS4 NPL ROUND FIVE WRAPFFA Centre of Excellence 2 (Jacob Italiano 19’, Melad Ahmad 39’) def. by Canberra Olympic Football Club 3 (Stephen Domenici 32’, 90+3’, Robbie Cattanach 73’) Canberra Olympic brought the Centre of Excellence’s perfect start to the season to a dramatic end at the AIS, as a Stephen Domenici penalty in the dying minutes gave Olympic it’s third win in a row. Full report here. Riverina Rhinos 3 (Sean Bremner 19’, 45’, Joe Preece 87’) def. Monaro Panthers 1 (Luke Kanjor 50’) The Riverina Rhinos picked up their first win of the 2017 season and extended their undefeated streak to three matches with a 3-1 home win over Monaro Panthers. The home side got off to the perfect start in Griffith as they hit the lead through Sean Bremner, just reward as they controlled the majority of play. With Monaro struggling to match them, the Rhinos doubled their advantage just two minutes before the half as Bremner completed his brace and put his side in the driver’s seat after 45 minutes. But the visitors came out of the sheds a changed side, and Luke Udjor’s strike after just three minutes pulled them right back into the match. With both side’s chasing their first win of the season the second half was fiercely contested, but the Rhinos sealed it with three minutes left of regulation as Joe Preece finished off a nice move. The result leaves Monaro as only one of two winless sides in the competiton, while the Rhinos continue their positive recent momentum. Belconnen United 6 (Izach Clements 17’, Jason Ugrinic 21’, 64’, 74’, Taylor Beaton 59’, Matt Grbesa 68’) def. Woden-Weston FC 1 (Danny Krajacic 5’) Belconnen United bounced back from last weekend’s narrow loss with a big win over Woden-Weston at McKellar Park. A Jason Ugrinic hat-trick lead the way as Izach Clements, Taylor Beaton and Matt Grbesa also got in on the act. Things looked like they might have gone awry for the home side as winger Danny Krajacic put the visitors ahead after just five minutes, but United slowly worked themselves back into the match. Clements levelled after 17 minutes as he stabbed home a rebound from a corner, and Ugrinic gave the hosts the lead four minutes later with a strike from range. The score remained the same at the break as both sides threatened, but Belconnen doubled their advantage 14 minutes into the second half as Beaton tucked home from close range. Ugrinic had a brace five minutes later as he was the beneficiary of a kind rebound, before Grbesa made it 5-1 with a tidy header back across the keeper off a set-piece. With United running rampant, Ugrinic sealed his hat-trick and the final score as he converted from the penalty spot with 16 minutes remaining. There was time for more drama as a further penalty was saved well by Josh Wade in goals, but the score remained 6-1 as Woden-Weston were left still searching for their first win. Canberra FC 1 (Matthew Waters 30’) def. by Tuggeranong United 2 (Andrew Slavich 29’, 54’) Canberra FC’s perfect start to the season came to a halt at the hands of Tuggeranong United on Sunday, as a brace from Andrew Slavich gave the visitors their first win of the season. With Tuggeranong coach Miro Trninic having stood down during the week, this match was something of an unknown, but the in-form Canberra FC looked to come out firing from the front. However, after just 20 minutes they were down to ten men, as defender Michael Mensah was given his marching orders for a rash two-footed challenge as he lost the ball just over the half way line. Slavich made the numbers count just nine minutes later as he fired home his first goal to appease the away supporters, but the joy was short lived as Matthew Waters scored not a minute later to even proceedings at Deakin. The side’s headed into the break all-square in an engaging contest, and the second half began in much the same fashion. But Slavich broke the deadlock after just nine minutes of play, finishing a good move to nab his brace and give his side a somewhat unexpected lead. The home side pushed to get back on level terms but struggled to force the initiative down a man, and the visitors held out to get their first victory of the 2017 season. Gungahlin United 3 (Jason O’Dwyer 13’, Misko Naumoski 45+2, Michael Rinaudo 81’) def. Tigers FC 1 (Mark Shields 60’) Gungahlin United handed Tigers FC their third loss in a row and jumped into the Top Four themselves with a strong win at Gungahlin Enclosed. In a scrappy but even contest, it was Gungahlin who struck first as the in form Jason O’Dwyer finished tidily past Francis Bangweni in goals to give his side the lead. With Tigers fighting to get back into the match they hit another hurdle on the cusp of half-time, as the referee awarded Gungahlin a penalty. Misko Naumoski tucked home the spot-kick to give the home side a 2-0 lead heading into the break. Tigers suffered another blow just eight minutes into the second half as Goran Josifovski was dismissed to leave the visitors chasing the game with ten men, but Mark Shields gave them hope with an hour gone as he pulled a goal back to halve the deficit. Daniel Barac was sent off with a straight red soon after as well, but Tigers responded to lift their tempo despite playing with nine men and looked like equalizing but could not find a finish. +xSurprised to see FFA Cup semi - finalist Tuggeranong as low as 8th? I think they only made the 16 that year, but they seem to be having a bit of a struggle. Im not sure who the coach is at the moment, after the draw with Riverina, their coach resigned due to racial issues behind the scenes, and then happened to knock off Canberra FC the following week. However, they do also have a game in hand against FFA COE to be rescheduled. Tigers were also struggling, but seemed to find their straps against Riverina this weekend, but the real surprise packets seem to be Gungahlin.

Round 7 Wrap via Capital Football Woden-Weston 1 (Crkovski) def. by Tuggeranong United 2 (Faust (2)) A brace from Nick Faust was enough to get Tuggeranong United back onto the winners list on Saturday, as they kept Woden-Weston winless after seven rounds of the season. Both sides started well but it was the visitors with the majority of the chances and Faust grabbed his first after 13 minutes as he latched onto a through ball behind the defence and slotted home. Tuggies continued to create chances but couldn’t make the most of it, and Niko Kalfas had a penalty saved by Nathan Skirrow in the home goals. Tuggerannong took a one-goal lead into half-time, but the home side were back on level terms almost immediately after the break as Daniel Crkovski finished off a good team move by beating the keeper and tucking the ball away. Woden-Weston continued to produce chances but were unable to take advantage of them in front of goal, and they paid late on as Faust grabbed his second. The youngster picked up the ball a long way out from goal and blasted it past Skirrow into the top corner to give his side just their second win of the 2017 season. Belconnen United 7 (Goran Mukevski 2’, Jason Ugrinic 40’, 59’, Izach Clements 75’, 87’, Bul Juach 80’, 93’)def. Monaro Panthers 0 Revenge was sweet for Belconnen United on Saturday as they thumped their FFA Cup conquerors Monaro 7-0 at McKellar Park on Saturday night.. The home side set the tone quickly as Goran Mukevski opened the scoring after just two minutes and Belconnen looked to pile on the pressure. However, the Panthers held firm, breaking down attacks and looking to hit the home side on the break. But they were broken down again just before the break as Jason Ugrinic scored with just minutes remaining in the half to give his side a strong buffer heading into the rooms. Ugrinic opened the second half scoring as he completed his brace after 59 minutes with a good strike, and from there United turned on the burners as they blitzed their visitors in the final twenty minutes. Izach Clements grabbed United’s fourth with just under twenty to go, before Bul Juach got on the scoresheet a few minutes later. Monaro’s defence was in strife and United continue to work in behind them and Chris Ruiz was dismissed for the visitor’s as he picked up two yellow cards within minutes of each other. Now with a numerical advantage as well United continued to force the issue and Juach and Clements both added to their tallies in the closing minutes as the result kept Monaro winless on the season and yet to find their first competition point. Canberra FC 3 (Jordan Lamb 8’, Kofi Danning 25’, Niko Kresic 27’)def. Tigers C 0 A clinical home performance from Canberra FC on Sunday saw them remain top of the #PS4NPL table, as a three-goal first half was enough to see them past Tigers FC. Goals to Niko Kresic, Jordan Lamb and Kofi Danning paved the way for the home win as yet another clean sheet kept their record as the best defence in the league. Full report here. Canberra Olympic 5 (Stephen Domenici 12’, 71’, 74’, Robbie Cattanach 71’, Joshua Calabria 86’)def. Gungahlin United 2 (Michael Rinaudo 21’, Misko Naumoski 35’) A four-goal second half blitz from Canberra Olympic and another Stephen Domenici masterclass saw the reigning Premiers fight back to defeat Gungahlin United on Sunday afternoon. Domenici put his side into the lead with his 14thgoal of the season after 12 minutes, but Gungahlin worked their way into the match and began to control large swathes of the action. The visitors pulled level after 21 minutes as Michael Rinaudo fired home from close range, before Misko Naumoski scored for the third week in a row to give his side the lead at half-time. Gungahlin continued to control the match but their lead slipped with just under twenty minutes left as Domenici scored with Gungahlin appealing for a handball in the leadup. Robbie Cattanach put Olympic ahead just moments later and Domenici extended it 2 minutes on as the home side got going. With Olympic in control Gungahlin struggled to match them for the final 15 minutes, and Joshua Calabria put the icing on the cake with four minutes remaining as he finished off a tidy move in front of goal.

PS4 NATIONAL PREMIER LEAGUE ROUND 10 WRAPMonaro Panthers 0 def. by Canberra Olympic 3 (Robbie Cattanach (2), Michael John) Canberra Olympic opened up a four-point gap at the top of the Playstation 4 National Premier Leagues with a 3-0 win over Monaro Panthers on Saturday. A double from Robbie Cattanach at the end of the first half and a sealer from Michael John in the second half proved enough to get them over a nippy Monaro side at Googong. Full report here. Woden-Weston 2 (Ibrahim Khodary, Danel Crkovski) def. FFA Centre of Excellence 1 (Louis D'Arrigo) Woden-Weston picked up their second win of the season on Thursday Night, as they defeated the FFA Centre of Excellence in their rescheduled fixture. The Centre of Excellence attacked early but Woden-Weston held firm and looked dangerous on the counter. And that was how they scored, twice, as Ibrahim Khodary and Daniel Crkovski both scored goals on the break for the Wanderers as the Centre of Excellence struggled to deal with their threat on the rebound. Up 2-0 at the break, Tony Olivera's side looked to sit deeper in the second half and absorb what was thrown at them as the Centre of Excellence went hard to get back into the match. The youngsters did pull one back about ten minutes into the second half as Louis D'Arrigo scored, a week on from his 94th minute heroics against Belconnen, but they were still up against it as the Wanderers held firm. The draw leaves Canberra FC in second place, four points behind Canberra Olympic and one ahead of Gungahlin United, while Riverina sit ninth but with two games in hand on Woden-Weston in eighth spot. But no sooner were the teams back out on the pitch then Gungahlin were back level as Rinaudo grabbed his second with a fantastic individual effort, beating a number of defenders before firing home. Both teams continued to push hard and it was the visitors who found the next breakthrough in the pulsating contest, with Jason Ugrinic finishing from inside the box after Leo Mazis’ cross found him with space in front of goal. The home side looked hungry for an equaliser after going down and Jason O’Dwyer provided it 11 minutes later as he fired home into the top corner to beat Jurak. The final 20 minutes proved to be as frenetic as the previous 70, as both teams exchanged missed chances to win the match. The result keeps Gungahlin in third place just one point behind Canberra FC in second, while Belconnen move up to fourth on goal difference, three points behind Gungahlin. Tigers FC 3 (Jared Tonini 11’, Nicholas Abot 45’, Mark Shields 66’) Tuggeranong United began to close the gap to Tigers on the table with a thrilling 4-3 win at Greenway on Sunday afternoon. The home side got off to a great start as Niko Kalfas put his side in the lead with a slick finish after a good pass from Andrew Slavich, but Tigers didn’t waste any time as they levelled through Jared Tonini’s goal just two minutes later. Tuggeranong pressed the visitors and went ahead again with 10 minutes until the half as Kalfas grabbed his second through a set piece, but again Tigers hit back, this time on the cusp of the interval as Nicholas Abot sent his side into half-time on level terms. After going in to the break even, it only took the hosts a minute to hit the lead again, and it was Kalfas again as he completed his hat-trick, hitting the back of the net to put his side ahead 3-2 and in control early. This time Tuggeranong did not allow Tigers to strike back though, holding out and extending the lead instead ten minutes later, as Marshal Smyth fired home to give Tuggeranong a two goal buffer as the visitors looked for an answer. Mark Shields gave them one as he scored with just over twenty minutes remaining to halve the deficit, but United held out for the final stanza as they cut the gap to Tigers on the table to just five points, with two games still in hand.

Confusion on my end at the moment, as the Riverina Rhinos vs FFA CoE fixture that was postponed for the FFA Cup was meant to be played over this weekend coming. The fixture calendar still has that date, but it has been put in as a forfeit. Not sure what the deal is yet, will confirm when I find out.

CAPITAL FOOTBALL FFA QUALIFYING FINAL TO BE LIVE-STREAMEDCapital Football are excited to announce that this weekend’s Westfield FFA Cup Qualifying Final will be streamed live on BarTV Sports, the beginning of an agreement that will see one match a round for the remainder of the Playstation4 National Premier Leagues Season streamed. BarTV Sports is a Livestream production and broadcast company which specialises in the delivery of Second and Mid-Tier sports across Australia. Currently they are the largest supplier of Sports related content across multiple platforms in the livestream media space. In 2017’s winter season, BarTV Sports are producing over 65 outside broadcast matches a week for all the major winter sports. BarTV Sports General Manager said the company was excited to jump into football in the Canberra region. “BarTV sports is extremely excited to add the Playstation4 National Premier Leagues Capital Football to our portfolio of football competitions,” he said. “Canberra is a unique sporting environment and we are pleased to be adding Football to our existing sport coverage in the region. Canberra’s PS4 NPL is one of the strongest NPL competitions in the country, proven by Canberra Olympic’s dream run in last season’s FFA Cup,” he added. Capital Football CEO Phil Brown said that the introduction of Live Streaming would be a boost to the league, increasing the viewership and marketability of the competition. “Introducing live streaming for our local NPL will help to not only grow the league’s viewership and popularity,” Brown said, “but will add to the football product our clubs offer their corporate partners and fans”. Following this weekend’s Qualifying Final, one match of each NPL weekend will be livestreamed and have a highlights package produced. BarTV Sports will cover one PS4 NPL Women’s match in each block of three weeks, with the other two matches filmed to be Men’s PS4 NPL. Further details regarding the platform and how to watch will be announced before the Qualifying Final.

Photo: Jay Cronan Capital Football have handed down lengthy bans to three Canberra FC representatives after a fight involving players and spectators at Deakin Stadium earlier this month. There was chaos following an under-20 NPL game between Canberra and Belconnen United when push and some shove in the tunnel erupted into a melee when parents became involved on July 2. Advertisement The altercation settled before it exploded again minutes later and the father of a Belconnen player was punched, as security guards scrambled to defuse the situation. The United contingent was shuffled into the car park before things escalated further and police were called to the scene, but no arrests were made. ACT Police released a statement following the incident: . "About 3pm on Sunday July 2, ACT Policing attended an incident at Deakin Soccer Club. Members of two opposing soccer teams had become involved in a dispute as a result of aggressive behaviour during the match. "No official complaint was received by police in relation to the dispute and no further police investigation will be undertaken at this point unless a complaint is received." Former Tuggeranong United coach Miro Trninic, who left Tuggeranong in controversial circumstances earlier this season, was involved in the fight and was found guilty of inciting a melee and violent conduct at a tribunal hearing on Wednesday night. Trninic is also a former Canberra FC coach and has been suspended from attending any Capital Football matches as a spectator, player or coach until the end of the 2017 season. Canberra under-20 coach Renato Jelinic was found guilty of the same charge and was slapped with a suspension from playing, coaching or managing until the end of 2018. Canberra under-20 player Fahad Hansen was the third person found guilty of the charge and hit with a four-match suspension. United under-20 player Thomas Cosentini was found not guilty of inciting melee and offensive language, but agreed to discuss appropriate strategies for dealing with such incidents with Belconnen president Tony Barr. "One of our players was called to the judiciary and faced the charges but the findings were not guilty and we'll now teach him strategies for dealing with stressful situations in the future," Barr said. "It was his 18th birthday that day and his first time to the judiciary so he was sweating bullets, but I'm very happy with how it has unfolded." Capital Football boss Phil Brown could not be reached for comment. Fernando Jorquera is looking like a very good pickup for Tuggeranong originally from Chile. The striker scored from the penalty spot against Riverina and played well from what I saw of him against Gungahlin a few weeks ago. He used to play in the Chile Second Division but has moved to Australia in an attempt to become a pro footballer.
Stephen Domenici is a quality player and deserves a shot at the A League. Unfortunately clubs don't really look at the Capital Football. He may have to move to NSW or VIC to show what he's got? Played 12 games this season and has scored 20 goals.
Ex-Brisbane Roar and Sydney attacker Kofi Danning put in an impressive display bagging a hat trick against an improved Woden-Weston outfit.
Belconnen United's Under 20s remain on top and undefeated on the NPL Capital Football Under 20s table after a 3-1 victory against Canberra Olympic. Star striker Tom Cosentini bagged two goals sending his goal tally to 20 in 13 games. I rate him highly and I think he will get a shot in a senior side next season (keep in mind he is only 18)
Also playing for Belco's 20s was ex Canberra Olympic hot prospect Ben Basser-Silk, surprised he hasn't played in seniors yet as he was good last year in Olympic's senior setup.
Canberra United Academy also picked up a 4-2 win over Cooma Tigers. Striker Mikey Katsoulis scored sending his tally to 19 in 10 games.
