However, I dont remember you guys really creating many clear cut chances even though you were the better side. From that perspective, I'd say you werent that much better than us.
Good perfromance by us off the field, though... some great chanting that went on while we were down and eventually when we were up... dont really have to mention that we went ballistic when Vedran saved the penalty :)
just on that, some of the behaviour of a few of your boys was pretty ordinary. a couple also thought it hilarious to post their stickers around the place. maturity at its finest. What specifically did you have a problem with (apart from the stickers)? We came, spent a lot of money at the bar/canteen and created a bit of atmosphere. If your biggest problem was a few stickers then I hardly think that that's a massive problem. glad for the atmosphere, and the donation to the club's bottom line. there was a bit of carry on from a few of the lads. nothing major but yeah noticeable. any idea whether elsid or luka are being looked at by any of the a-league clubs? but noticeable like what?????

Rockdale choked hard and should've have a draw. R u to much of a moron to realize this?

There was quite a bit of "friendly banter" from us directed towards your players. We didnt create any trouble with any of your fans and a number of us spent a vast part of the match in your clubrooms. If by "carry on" youre only referring to the "banter" then I think that's a bit harsh. We spent about 20 mins in your clubroom after the game while your squad ate and there was nothing more than a couple of chants. No trouble, no threats, nothing. Something may have happened that I missed, I dunno? But if it's just stickers and some foul language directed at your players then it's a bit harsh to label our behaviour as "ordinary" As for Elsid and LG... not that I know of. LG had his crack at the A-League so I dont see too many clubs taking the risk again. Havent heard anything about Elsid either

Heardt it will be Sat morning at 10 am is it confirmed that its being played behind closed doors? if so, very disappointing, especially considering I would of liked to attend this game as a nuetral. there should not be any further closed door games. if two sets of supporters cant behave themselves with a threat of expulsion hanging over them, then they deserve to be punted, and that goes for any club involved in closed games.

1st round game played behind closed doors also neutral venue at Blacktown Lilly Homes, BWE season pass holders where not allowed to attend. It would be very strange if this game is played at SU home ground with their supporters? Real shame for games like this to be played behind closed doors.

No you're ranting, you're saying exactly the same things you said last time and frankly it's boring. We get it, you think it's pathetic that it's played behind closed doors bla bla. Fact of the matter is this is the easiest way for FNSW to avoid any kind of incident so get over it.

Its not a disgrace I was at both games and in the Bonnyrigg game at Sydney United at Parramatta staduim the cros where 30 seconds away from having a fatality Its different when 10 to 20 tenagers trying to cause trouble but when u have a few hundred cros and serbsadults there to cause trouble and arent fans of neither teams then its different The cops had 2 chances to control the crowde but they stuffed up so keep it behind closed doors Il rather have it behind closed doors than having anyone killed Only fair for fans and supprters of both clubs

It's funny though, the ones who are most affected by this lockout(fans of the respective teams) are the ones who don't bother going on about it.

It's just an opportunity for people to go on a rant... yawn

something needs to be done about these louts behaviour......thats all im saying....i dont know who can fix it or how it can be fixed....all i know is its unacceptable behaviour and the perpetrators need to be dealt with......
i admit its a very difficult situation and a real shame for the decent croation and serbian fans who want to watch the match.....
and this has far reaching ramifications for football....as a sport football suffers...and the anti football clowns cease upon incidents like these and rub our faces in it.....even though the people causing the trouble arent there for the football.....
and to clarify an earlier point...when i said its a disgrace i was referring to the idiots who cause the trouble....not the fact that the game is locked down....its a sensible and safe way to conduct the game and protect people........

That was my point. All this neutrals who would love to watch the game but are angry because it's behind closed doors. It's behind closed doors for the exact same reason that they want to attend it.
How many of you neutrals came to the top of the table clash between United and Olympic earlier in the season?
Or the top of the table clash between Olympic and Sutherland last week?
If you didnt go, why not?

geez you guys have some pent up aggression.....and jump to conclusions...i regularly go to other fixtures.....united is close to home for me as is bonnyrigg and marconi...hajduk(before they merged with mounties)...fairfield bulls...if the boss lets me out i might sneak down to cook park to watch the waratah cup tonight.....its just down eliz drive from where i am.....id much prefer to be watching and supporting penrith panthers...but FOOTBALLNSW fixed them up well and truly and i wouldnt waste my time on nepean....as i played for them some 30 years ago and they are just the same now, no idea....lost.....
and no im not interested in attending the bonnyrigg united game because there is friction there.....i would like to watch as these two teams are top 5 teams, there are some good quality players in each team....and thats what i like about football......
enjoy your evening
