Well those situations are completely different, Higuain is known to be a top level player, aguero was young when he went to atletico when he was 18, Falcao was good at porto but I guess no big teams bid for him, suarez was only proven in holland and had/has discipline issues and Coutinho was very highly rated initially at inter.

It is not horseshit to suggest liverpool can't compete with top level teams quite honestly. For liverpool to again compete at the top, they're going to have to upgrade slowly or with young players, which they appear to be doing.

Can confirm this. This is why as a 27 year old he's only had 23 caps to his name. He's a great player but I wouldn't be surprised to see him leaving after a season because of homesickness.

I don't see where he'd fit in at Liverpool. They've got plenty of players who can play his role right now - Downing, Borini, Sterling, Sturridge, Suarez, Suso, Coutinho, Assaidi, ...Sinclair doesn't really improve the team at all.
