No doubting hes a good player but compared to the other AMs manc have hes not good enough to get a look in for a first team possie. Last season he played 17 league games, of that 17 he started 14. Just because he's not a Ronaldo or Rooney doesn't meen that he's not a vital squad member. It's sad that you can't get your head around the fact that even the most succesful teams don't need a squad of superstar big profile world class players to win. Every team has players like Park and Ferguson is the master at keeping these players content with the roles they play because he knows how vital they are to winning the league. I didnt need to get my head around anything. I already know that a full squad of superstars is unrealistic. My point is they have enough AMs in their squad without Park. They already have the depth needed in a squad for his position.

Settle down ronnie i am a United fan and a Park fan i didnt say he wasnt a good player on the contrary he is very good fast decent dribbler and not selfish but he deserves to play regular starting football and mate it is true United do use him to sell their asian shirts because they are trying hard to carck the market over there. And alot of Parks appearances were when Nani was injured and unfit. He is a quality player but he only gets as much game time as he does beacuse Ferguson loves him but like mk has said Nani, Giggs and Tevez are better players. A fully fit Park with regular football would be devastating

And like mk said ofcourse we know you cant have a team of superstars we siad that his position has better players ahead of him so to get the football he deserves he might have to move

My theory on Park is you know what you are going to get, he will run his arse off all day, has good pace and always presents. On the flip side, he sepnds too much time on the ground and lacks the quality in the final third. If only Nani had his work ethic or he had Nani's skill, now that would be some player. Ronnie - if Ronaldo does go, would Fergie stick with Park righ mid or play Nani there or splash the cash??

Looks like Gilberto Silva is leaving Arsenal and heading to Panathinaikos. 1.25mil euros transfer, 3 year contract worth 2.5mil euros per year.

Where'd you hear that?? Not goal.com I hope.
Rafa's stated he intends to have made some purchases within a wekk or so. I'm lead to believe that Keane will be at Anfield by Friday. We'll see.

Fox sports are reporting that manc city have bid 52mil for ronaldinho and possibly 205k more money a week than AC can offer.
Robinho to chelski for 48 mil as well. Saying he wants to play under former brazil manager.

He barely just got in the bloody door there. And now taht Deco's gone, he's freed up a spot in the midfield. That could fall badly for Galliani or whatever his name is pulling the pin on the Adebayor deal. The Robinho thing coule be interesting. Dunno that Chelsea need him.

I have been waiting for a European club to sign this guy he is only young has decent pace decent skil pretty good passing and pretty good shooting he was a star in the Copa Liberatadores and reminded me of a mix between Rooney and Robinho. Alot od L.D.U's goals came from a Guerron pass or assist. They played him as a winger and in the final he scored a pretty good volley. This guy is pretty good

The Brazilian will become the highest paid player in Greek football Apparently this move now opens up one that i don't think anyone was expecting, skysports wrote:7.30 Gilberto's departure could kick-start one of the summer's more surprising transfers, according to reports. Liverpool's Xabi Alonso is wanted by Arsene Wenger to partner Cesc Fabregas in a new look Arsenal midfield. Should the Gunners move for Alonso, it would certainly clear the path for Liverpool to seal a deal for Gareth Barry, who is also interesting Arsenal.

Edited by PazzaInter: 16/7/2008 11:35:09 PM Serie A died years ago. Who cares. ur a dickhead! When was the last time a world player of the year was playing in England? The answer is never! The last time a Ballon D'or player was in England was 2001 and England has had 5, Italy 18. Italy has had 10 World Player of the years, England none. This year Italy has Mourinho, Ronaldinho and maybe Lampard, Quaresma and Adebayor, not to mention players like Ibra, Kaka, Totti, Del Piero and Nedved just to name a few. Every year in the Premier League only the big 4 have any chance of winning. The beauty of the Serie A is that a team like Fiorentina can beat AC Milan (the reigning CL champions) to a champions league spot, and work their way up to a UEFA Cup final, and still be considered a medium sized club. And that a team like Parma, winners of the UEFA Cup only less than 10 years ago and near the top of the table unitl a few years ago, can be relegated only last season. In the off season none of the English clubs have made very big moves except for Deco. Italy are the reigning world champions, England can't even make the Euros. You must be pretty proud of that huh? If the Serie A died years ago, I'm an 150 year old headless chicken with scales instead of feathers, bleeding poo. Edited by PazzaInter: 19/7/2008 04:06:05 PM

Are you actually trying to suggest that the best player in the world is actually not Cristiano Ronaldo and that he won't win the player of the year?
Fair enough, Serie A is far from dead, though to suggest that their best players are better than the EPLs is ludicruos. Im not much of a fan of the EPL, but i can at least admit that.
