She will get in I think. Don't know why but gut feeling say's they will let her in.

Trips has stated she deserves a hOf spot. He might be pushing vince to admit her.

Chyna might get in, Benoit obviously won't. It's obviously an oversimplification but it makes 0 business sense to let in a pornstar or murderer into the HoF. And sadly even if Chyna does get in posthumously it will be because it makes sense from a business perspective

Gotta say I am enjoying WWE programming post-WM. Am liking the way they are playing the Reigns-AJ feud.

With Cena coming back in 2 weeks, apparently Rollins, Orton and Bray Wyatt are going to be back on the roster as well within the month. Roster will be stacked!

Also gotta say I am loving Charlotte's heel work too. Raw last night was in Flair country, yet she managed to get the crowd to turn on her. She is the top heel women's wrestling has been calling out for!

Agreed, Thou I do want AJ too win thou.

Question is Rollins will he come back babyface or heel or a Brock lesnar (Heel to the kids - Face to the adults)

Well he was getting face reactions before he got injured. He might come back as a tweener or a heel thats cool to cheer.

Spoilers:

Reigns beat AJ predictably. Honestly the shows would be 10x better without Roman as champ, he's incapable of making matches himself, always needs someone to blow it out of the park for him to look good.

And fuck the Uso's.

Beast Rusev is back it looks like

Jericho showing the kids how to do it by taking thumbtacks to his back and arms

New Day are just waiting for a good tag team to feud long time with

Rollins came back and pedigreed Reigns after the match. Surely costing Reigns the match, giving the title to AJ the clearly smaller opponent, would of have been more wise but fuck logic lets sell shirts

WWE officially announce brand split and Smackdown will be live like Raw - starting July.

Seems that they will have Steph running one show, and Shane the other.

Rumour is they will bring back having 2 world champions.

Interesting!

About time! This will hopefully allow Raw to go back to an M rating with Smackdown being tailored for the kids.

Interesting to see what they do to the titles.

I think with the previous brand split the titles got watered down.

I reckon they should not add any new titles (besides the possible addition of Cruiserweight with the Cruiserweight Classic tournament coming up).

Have the US title and the Intercontinental title exclusive to one brand only, eg US - Raw only, IC - Smackdown only.

But have holders of the world titles (Mens, Womens, Tag) able to go on both shows.

Separate but related question - is it time for a Women's Tag Title? Or a secondary title (eg IC)? It just seems that the division needs something outside of storylines Charlotte is involved in.

By the way - what did people think about the Charlotte - Ric promo on Raw?

Was a little awkward to start with, but I thought it ended up being such a great promo for her in terms of generating heel heat. The truth underlying the worked promo was clear on both of their faces.

But seeing sad Ric Flair walk away, and be unable to speak to Renee in the backstage interview hit me right in the feels!

Wonder if he will be off TV for long, or will become manager for someone else perhaps?

Your question about the ladies is an interesting one. At the min the depth isn't there but with a few more up from nxt it could happen.

lol all good its still not exactly a great direction to putting the thread in :-" no matter what you think of the entire thing its a horrible story

i think it was either here comes to pain or shut your mouth but i remember playing one obsessively, in one of them you had a long career mode where you could make a tonne of choices and the choices had actual consequences i remember punching ric flair in the face and then he set 1 v 3 matches for me and it was a tonne of fun sadly the career modes are not nearly as good as they were with that game but ah well i really only know about the area with stone cold, kane, undertaker, the rock, i know tiny bits from other era's but that is the era the video games i played focused on

thank you for the link honestly in terms of that "incident" what he did was horrific beyond words but i dont think he was a monster i dont think he had any control at the time but i dont know i dont blame the WWE for trying to forget about him but extremely sad no matter how you look at it

i might look into it honestly i have tried watching it and found a tonne of cringe however i am still interested in it and watch a lot of whatculture videos on wrestling i would love the games to be like they used to be

also i only know him from the video game i almost know nothing about him but i really like brock lesnar but his movement in the video game makes him look unhinged i guess that is the point

Chris Benoit was one of the main reason WWE banned chair shots to the head, and brought in all the concussion protocols they have now.

His autopsy revealed severe brain injury associated with concussion syndrome:

"Benoit's brain was so severely damaged it resembled the brain of an 85-year-old Alzheimer's patient".

NXT TakeOver was another great NXT card - Aries & Nakamura stole the show, and the main event was fantastic, with an awesome finish.

The tag team title match was a work of art. Would love to see Kurt Angle come back to WWE in a managerial role for Jordan and Gable's debut on the main roster.

And Paul Ellering is back!

Nia Jax v Asuka was great, but thought they should have done a bit more to make Nia look strong. There needed to be a more full on move set leading up to the finish, it just seemed like Nia jobbed out to Asuka by the end.

But a great card overall!

It just makes so much sense character-wise. I think most of Vince's concerns with Angle were around him coming back as an active wrestler.

Surely a short run as a manager would be good for everyone.

And yes - Best for Business!!!!
