Yes at the moment dont worry so much with leadership, just get a good trainer. Experience only comes into play because your coach needs at least passable experience to be a passable trainer and so on.

Maybe emil in a few years, just recruit externally now.

In any case, experience is very important, and none of your players are really up to scratch.

A few variations in the lists. I didn't consider the primary issue and probably left in one or two players because of their passing skill.

im sure captainpoo should change to forward training. he's got quite a few 18-19-20 yrs with good passing and inad or passable scoring. ALthough it might take long to train from inad i say you should train it until they are profitable to sell. I started with a bunch of weaks and inadequate and trained them up. I was in debt and couldnt afford anything.

Points i have picked up:
You have bought a lot of keepers, this only makes sense if you plan on training keepers (if so, buy 8 gk coaches and 2 assitants
2. You buy players with good passing but not good primaries. Passing is nowhere near as important as the primary skills, scoring winger etc
3. You use tsi as too much of a guideline. It helps, but Passing brings TSI up, which is why you have players with high passing
