sigh, no Leckie or Borrello today. Kwon has gone alright but his general play isn't anything special. Sallai is one they want to succeed to justify all that scouting. As for Leckie, forget it with the firepower Hertha have now.

Dougall bench, no Luongo Italiano started
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

He's the nephew of former Croatian Intl Dado Prso. Apparently this article suggests that he has been approached by the Australian U20's.

+xBouman unused sub with the first team. I think most of us lost any kind of hope for the kid after his U23 performances.

🇦🇺 The Australian keeper will reach a century of Albion appearances if he features against Watford tomorrow.
We asked him to pick his top ten saves in an exclusive feature earlier this week!
🤔 Where do we think this double stop ranked? Find out by watching the full feature on MyAlbion TV now!
On ya Maty! Massive game tomorrow.

+x+xIt’s easier to get to a EPL via 6th tier in England than AL. “Jay isn’t the only talented prospect in his family, with younger brother Taj, 17, a highly-touted hope at the Brisbane Roar academy before a serious knee injury hampered his progress....“Brisbane Roar didn’t even look at me back then but Taj was there doing well,” he added. “I guess we all have our own pathways.” Probably more true. Despite the success of Mooy and Ryan you'd expect Crystal Palace to select their own before going to the A League. A League to EPL direct would be very rare but the players tend to pick of some decent stepping stones along the way. I feel if he were any good and of A League level he'd at least get a League 2 loan or a reserves spot. I wish him the best but these articles often inflate how good the player really is. Gallifuoco found himself at Dover and couldn't really crack the A League again. I ask myself about Maynard Brewer. On the cusp of playing for Charlton if their number 1 gets injured only to be entrusted with 5th tier football on loan. Timotheou is one who's just fallen away while Hrustic and Amini have at least kicked on despite being at massive clubs. Money lost by BR

+xNBA players are usually minimum 6 ft 7, so unfortunately this player’s frame would indeed be out of place on a basketball court 😜 The age old elongated frame vs appendage debate

+x+x+x^ He’s 6 foot 2. Like the most standard height there is for a centre back. Not sure why that article keeps making such a big deal about him being a “giant”... But he has an elongated frame wouldn’t be out of place on a basketball court. The article actually says 1.9 metres The article actually says that he has an elongated frame that wouldn’t be out of place on a basketball court.

+x1.9 metres is 6 foot 2 (and a half). I myself am 1.92 metres tall. Not really that giant, especially not for a centre back. Yes I’m 1.90 and shit at basketball.
