Any player movements from the HAL down to NPL? I have heard Luke Wilkshire is set to join Wollongong Wolves. Can anyone confirm if Blake Powell did his ACL?

Spartans first team hasn't been paid & are being encouraged by the coach to go on strike so they may be fielding a 20's squad on the weekend. lol.

Wolves scoping Sydney FC player Luke Wilkshire, that would be a coup for them.

We approached Blake Powell as well as Bonnyrigg and another club, apparently he wants to try his luck in Asia somewhere, although his injury may halt that. Henrique from Brisbane Roar was shopped around although his preference was to find an NPL club from Brisbane.

1-0 win over APIA in what i would say was our best performance all year, the boys looked sharper and a lot quicker. dug in deep and got the victory, and that was without Pani and a fit trifiro. Great turn around from the off field dramas we had.

Does this season's relegation and promotion go off last place and first place finishes, or club championship?

The wonders in PL3 and FNSW. The draw is the draw, I have no worries having to drive to Bathurst - been doing it long enough but 2 things that makes you shake your head on this one. One the 18's fixture is changed to Jack Brabham Res Orange. Feck, were already doing a 3hr drive whats another half hour with mid week notice. We all know the circumstances with officials up there - you got what you got But this Ref I had to feel for him for he was out of his depth. I spent quite sometime with an official between the dug outs for he was watching how this went, the poor Ref is from Club games and it was obvious to see how this game was going to turn out. Both Coachs flabbergasted by decisions, the home one was trying to leverage any call he could muster that tbh a decent official would have carded him long before giving him a word so late in the game. I don't blame anyone going off at officials But the problem isn't them its who assigns them and who governs it in the first place. I know the official I was with went straight to them at HT for a much needed discussion. Worst official performance I have witnessed incl linesman was an utter joke And FNSW having the 18's play in Orange and the other 2 senior squads back at Proctor, so much for either backing up for subs and warm up if 18's backing up for 20's, joke. Importantly 18's won 4-1 and the club clean sweeped the 3 grades.

If 18's, 20's and 1st grade play for a club championship, all the referees should be neutral instead of just having a Sydney referee for first grade. It is a ridiculous situation.

Yes mate - its a challenge as it is, the geography complimented by the local officials. Add in playing at another venue from the rest of the teams is even more of a joke. I was led to believe purely bad scheduling and it was club games, why wouldn't they shift the club games to Orange and keep the PL3 squads in the one spot as normal, madness.

How many times a year are they going to use that line? They are the only rep team out there. They have priority.

I had the same train of thought re PL3 CC standings to post up...... In view of the intro of PL4 makes me wonder what will occur IF the golden child being Western Mariners still end up bottom of the CC come end of season. NPL 3 NSW Men's | | | | | |
