gutted with the loss. we dominated bonno and should of won. other than the penalty, they had one decent chance from chun who should of scored. so disappointing, the boys played so well and yeah, one of those days.

Im sure you see all the other 'traditional' clubs which were formed in the 50s-60s-70s and so on receiving payments from their local association.....

Your forwards are rubbish, best chance came from Taneski i believe i was early in the first half should have slotted it home Nash pulled of a good save and the save off the goal line in the second half.... We had about 2-3 good chances but rubbish finishing most of our top performers were out of place yesterday

Yeah a random club who shot their way to the top splashing big bucks are now getting funds cut by the BDSFA due to massive overpayments.... 1000-2000 grand a player is rumoured what alot of the players are on you telling me that a normal club would do that ? From memory Preston Lions in the VPL used to do that and they ended up almost disbanding

I understand Spartans will forever be in the shadow of Blacktown City however nobody could give a toss about them and that's a fact, no locals even play for the team so who would support them ?

A few weeks ago against Sutherland he was put on bench to make room for Terry Mcflynn, ended up coming on late into the game and scoring the winner of a lucky shot, instead of celebrating happily with his team mates he started throwing his fist in the air in direction of the home bench, most likely having a dig at coaching staff for not playing him
