Was a very good player for you guys for many years. did appear to struggle a bit this year. well done to him on a great career. one of your best.

I think he lost a bit of his hunger after winning the Premiership, NPL and becoming the club's all-time top goal scorer last season. Injuries were getting to him for the last couple of years but I think the goal scoring record and another title or two for United spurred him on.

Now that he's got 3 kids and has achieved everything he wants to achieve it's not surprising that he's taken this step. Good luck to him, he's an absolute legend on and off the pitch. The club couldnt have asked for a better leader and ambassador.

It'll be good to share a beer with him in the stands next season.

His 4 goal haul in the 2006 GF will never be forgotten. He's brought us plenty to cheer about over the years... it'll be close to impossible to replace him
