The year was 1996->

At the time I didnt even know who Muhammad Ali was, he had become a recluse because of his health, the younger generation knew nothing about him. Of course seeing a biopic and his speeches changed that

He got famous for bashing up people, a really great human.
I'm sure if he could turn back the clock on his mother's stair-pushing, he would certainly reconsider it.

Aside from that he was a stand up guy.

He was a boxer, I HATE BOXING IT SHOULD BE BANNED, so he became famous through violence, a despicable human being, glad he is dead.

Boxing is all about punching another person, if I walked up to someone on the street and punched them unconscious I would quite rightly go to jail. Boxers do it and get applauded by violence loving scum.

I don't know if you're trying to troll or not, but violence is an innate quality of human nature. He didn't go around knocking out people who didn't want it, and he definitely paid his toll with Parkinson's and many other illnesses from an early stage of his life.

Boxing and many other combat sports are thrilling for the spectator and competitors, all of whom are aware of the risks and rewards from such behaviour.

I am expressing my genuine opinion about boxing.

Why should I shut up when people are coming out saying what a great person he was?

And what good does respecting the dead do, they are dead. If you say something bad about someone when they are alive it might hurt them, because they might hear it or about it. If you say it after they dead it cannot hurt them because they will never be aware of it.

Exactly, the idea that only nice things should be said about people after they die no matter how bad they were indeed deserves to be mocked. It is a ridiculous proposition, Ali made himself famous through violence and there is nothing wrong with saying it.

Yeah its super ironic. I mean punching another athelete with padded gloves and a refferee and medical staff around is just like shooting some guy in the head or lungs.

You just get up the next day and shake it off, re start your training.
