If this season has taught us anything, it's a part of Australian football's culture now. Get over it. Not really. It's part of an illegal sub-culture that is threatening to ruin all the good hard work done over the last 8 years. Lol sure mate.

Illegal doesn't mean "accepted if it's a part of the culture", it means illegalEdited by afromanGT: 31/3/2013 04:10:55 AM Depends on your definition of illegitimate, whether it composes purely of some legal framework or of a morality or policy objective to result in that illegality. An example being the war on drugs, illegal on letter of the law but any change on that status would be the result of arguing that it is no longer immoral to use particular drugs and the policy objective is moot. Considering there's been flares every season I can remember in the A-League, that's not a particularly good argument to make. The FFA want to advertise the league on its colour, its vibrancy, its passion. They can't have their cake and eat it.

The Den was quality tonight, good fun. :d (Especially after the match) It sucks that you're not allowed to run onto the stadium after the match. :( At AAMI park it's an 8k fine. #-o Do you guys have an independent camera filming you guys. Would love to see it like Sydney does and Melbourne used to do (before the banning spree.). Yea 8K fine at Suncorp as well. Not to sure about the cameras but I do remember after the Roar v MV match they reviewed some sort of footage to catch the flare throwers. But something like this last Thursday would've been amazing. Clock End, Highbury. You can see in the background the North Bank where some in my family spent a lot of time. A proper football ground with proper terracing. The club refused to put fencing in at Highbury when everywhere else was installing them because of hooligans. Not a single upper-class toff in sight, this was when Arsenal was proper Arsenal. I wish I was there to see it in its glory. It could hold up to the amount at the Grove now when it was terraced. England is losing its traditional grounds, these sights might be confined to the history books.

Have no issue with it obviously, but is there any particular reason for the blurred faces?

99 Problems wrote:Have no issue with it obviously, but is there any particular reason for the blurred faces? Employers, hatamoto and the like. Being a football fan on the terraces makes outsiders think you're a hooligan no matter what. I'd like to be a professional in the near future, I wouldn't want my employer to know what I do on a Saturday. It makes particular sense with mob photos or away days but if you're on the main terrace in the home end it's pretty easy to figure out who you are if you're willing to look hard enough. Still, no issue for me :( .

Edited by 11.mvfc.11: 7/4/2013 02:15:37 PM I prefer the shape of Etihad though. Rather than going in a single file right up to the back. It's better on derby days however.
