I'm always amused by how many people think Joffa is a real person. Best bit of programming The Webguy ever put together.

Have been on forums where, literally, a difference in an opinion will mean the mods will make up a reason outside of any set of rules they had to ban me and then appealing that decision on the basis that it had no basis got me banned for life, without a reply no doubt. Needless to say, I think they're all cunts and Joffa is one of the better mods out there on the interwebs.

I got banned yesterday, given no explanation and told to contact the system admin. What the fuck does that even mean? So I tweeted at one of the mods twitter accounts, and was simply told "you got banned for a reason, you know what you did". This was despite the fact that I hadn't posted in 3 days, I simply browsed through the forums and in one click I was banned.

I constitute making a scene as complaining in a public forum, when issues like this can be internally sorted. This is something that can easily be sorted in private messages to Joffa, instead of doing that you post a topic in an effort to bitch about the individual. I'm not entirely sure the people that post these topics sent Joffa a PM venting there frustration, though I'll happily be proven wrong. If Joffa has and the issue isn't sorted, then by all means, bitch away.

The reason people start a thread about it instead of PM-ing Joffa is because if they PM him then he can either dismiss it or put them in their place.
