The lack of communication sure is frustrating!
No worries, yeah it is. it really baffles me why they don't just show it like every other club does, even wellington have shown theirs and they are last by quite a way. anyway, are both of you members? Not yet:) *prays*

Good to know how much of an asset it is to have a foreign team in the league when they produce over 1k less members than the rest of the country while we don't have one in our capital city. Fuck them off already. Biggest waste of space.

Am interested to see how close each club is to their goal.
From what's been publicised, these are the figures we can extract:
Brisbane = 4,000 memberships sold / 10,000 target (40%) Central Coast = 3,830 memberships sold/ 5,000 target (76.6%) Heart = 4,342 memberships sold / 10,000 target (43%) Sydney FC = 7,758 memberships sold / 10,000 target (77.6%) Victory = 17,013 memberships sold / 23,000 target (73.9%) Phoenix = 2,558 memberships sold / 4,000 target (63.9%)
Seems Roar and Heart have the most work to do to get close to their original targets (although not sure how close 4,000 is to the real figure for roar - the club mentioned that they were tracking to get 8,500 at the fan forum).

Adelaide now just over 4,000, just got this e-mail:
Thanks to your amazing support the club has passed 4,000 members for the 2013/14 Season. It's a fantastic effort and while we still have 6,000 to go to reach our target of 10,000 members, the club is confident it can crack it by the end of the season. As we have stated before, we know this target is ambitious but also we know it's achievable. We also know we can't do it without you. There really is no better time to join the club, just like new major partner and 'front of shirt' sponsor Veolia have done. If you missed the announcement yesterday, click here for full details of the club's new partnership with Veolia. New signing Michael Zullo was also officially unveiled during the announcement and displayed the new kit for Season 9. You can pre-order yours now through the ONLINE STORE and be one of the first to get your hands on the special 10 Year Anniversary Kit.

I would expect abit of a boost for MH tonight with the friendly match, on the back of today's HK and Westpac news stories.

So I expect a few mini memberships on top of the current 7 game flexi pass option Roar's CEO also admitted recently that they aren't tracking well enough to reach 10k by season start - though over 8k still possible. Which in itself is still impressive for Roar, beating their club record by nearly 2k (afaik). IIRC He suggested that 10k could be a slightly longer term goal, which could be (easily) reached if they build upon the member base they will have established this season. Same with AU, though AU's 'market' or even 'demographic' base 'may' be slightly smaller (I can only presume), but they may be tracking for a 'new club record' themselves at this rate. And IF they can reach the 6.5-7k mark by early into the season, then pushing towards 10k a season and a half from now, 'might' be in the realms of possible - especially IF AU play some good football and see a fair degree of success under Gombau's reign.

MH now up to 4,404, from 4,367 at 6pm last night. Probably expected more from the media attention yesterday and at the game, but still progress.
Now all we need to do is actually play football. Come on JA, you can do it :lol:
