Hmm hoping for a few updates on some interesting initiatives around the league, like this one from Roar: http://www.roarmemberships.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/Slider-images-WIP1-3.jpghttp://www.roarmemberships.com/Ah I see, via FB, the 3k winner was announced 13th July: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151726422253536&set=a.445213113535.218357.78390538535&type=1&relevant_count=1Would be nice if all the team's webpages had Membership counters - So many did, in their own form, last season. Even the Mariners had their 'thermometer'! I like it, it brings a kind of geeky, building, excitement. They seem to 'track' well too and it seems OFTEN the clubs actually meet or near meet their targets?! As far as I can see, only Heart & Victory have tracker/number tickers on their page, atm? Roar are interesting, it's definitely an ambitious target of 10k, but I believe achievable - that 'cash prize' is especially enticing, gimmick/publicity wise atleast! I don't think they're quite make it, but I feel they could still push a club record around the 8k member mark. SFC On the other hand, they had around that mark and hopefully with ADP and their highly promising team, they too push for that 10k mark. Not sure their actual target, IF they even have one (Publicly stated anyway?), but hopefully it's to surpass that double digit mark. Wanderers are particularly interesting too, ofcourse. I like the clubs who have a clear, public, goal. It gives a great mark to strive for and makes for a kind of movement/collective goal. For the Mariners I see it's a reasonably ambitious but almost achievable 5k Target. After their successful last few seasons, hopefully they break the 4k mark atlast: http://www.ccmariners-memberships.com.au/files/cache/05b59bf7f31e364d9fd774c9f3fda6c2_f31.jpghttp://www.footballaustralia.com.au/centralcoastmariners/news-display/Member-2000-secured/70695Victory 23k Target: Phoenix 4k Target: http://www.footballaustralia.com.au/wellingtonphoenix/news-display/wellington-phoenix-season-ticket-holders-all-whites-offer/70961PG and AU no idea, but I presume member targets around 5-6k for both? Does anyone know the amount of members each club had last season. If so it would be good to put those numbers in next to this seasons to see which club has increased/decreased in members.

Jerks don't have a target this year. They're definately tails-between-legs after the on-field performances from last season. Two years ago our target was 10k (which we got). Last year our target was 11k (which we got). This year they've said "we know people are frustrated with our on-field results from last year, but getting 10 and 11k over the last two seasons has been terrific and we hope we achieve similar results this season. In victory and defeat, stand with us".
I've sent two emails asking for our member counter to be put on the website again. Still no response. But we seem to have an announcement every 1k extra we sign (last at 5k, see a page or two back).

RBB is sold out. Last year it was just 3 bays, this year it's the entire north terrace.

Bandwagon fans bigf time You sound so lame trying to rain on our great successes!! All clubs have a decline when results are bad (it's human nature)I guess we will be no different. Having said that I still think the Wanderers will challenge Victory over the long term for the title of biggest club. good attempt at being a wet blanket but not good enough! :)

@CCMariners: We have 2,789 more Members then you have followers "RT @Joe_Gullaci: @ALeague your club is a joke, win a title and still can't get members." And the guy has 277 followers so they must be close to 3000 cause by this they have 3066
