The draw was rigged. Funny how all the first named clubs have lights for night matches. The only place in the world where this sort of thing happens.

I'd use the word "well organised" rather than rigged.

Nothing to stop FFV putting clubs with grounds available at night in a "home" pot and the rest away to avoid cancelled or delayed games.
