So in Jan..

Does that mean whoever is coming last gets to choose a player, and then we work our way up the table? And is the Jan player free, or do we need to allocate funds for them?

Just thinking, if we make keepers compulsory, Are we confident that all keepers will remain fit for the full season? It would be harsh for someone to lose a squad spot on a keeper being injured, especially when there is such a limited pool of keepers to choose from. So in the event of keepers being compulsory, I think we should designate the PL team, as opposed to the individual keeper.

Outfield players get injured as well so I don't think it would be fair in that case. It's just one of those risks in this game. Unless you want to introduce a long term injury replacement rule for all players.

I don't like the idea of picking the team as opposed to the keeper. And I don't even like the idea of injury replacement - means that if a random Michu-like rise to form for an unsigned player happens, someone can just nab him for "free", and hence making January less interesting.

There are 20 PL teams and 20 of us, so essentially were all getting designated a keeper, as opposed to the outfielders where you are choosing from a pool or 100+ players. But yeah, keep it as it is. Part of the fun I suppose.

Instead of having keepers, some are going to end up with some shockers, why not just make everyone pick one genuine defender as it gives greater scope of talent, still caters for clean sheets and means having one less goal scorer, but also gives greater flexibility

If I'm allowed to, I'll give up my spot for anyone that wants it. Apologies to the organizers, but I remember how after 10 or so rounds last year I lost interest (don't we all with Fantasy? :lol:). Would rather someone who would stick with it for the whole season, instead of someone like myself.

The window will be closed for 2 weeks, before reopening on the 2nd of September, when you can use your leftover funds to do deals. The window length will only be 3 days from first bid for this auction.
If one of your players gets sold in August, during/after R1 of the auction, you will get that money back and then you can replace him after Sept 1. So if you have RVP, but he gets sold on August 26, you then get whatever money you spent on him back but you can't spend it until the auction after Sept 1.
