Poyet to be sacked at the end of this game. Sunderland down 0-2 to West Ham right now.

Just goes to show that no matter who's in charge and no matter how talented the players were with other teams Sunderland just have a culture of losing. There's no way a club with the likes of Larsson, Johnson, Ki, Fletcher, Alonso and Borini should be in the relegation zone.

I can't believe he didn't start Johnson. Against us they were fucking terrible until he brought Ki and Johnson on. Sounds like again today when Johnson came on he was the best player on the pitch. Crazy he isn't starting him.

Man United XI: De Gea, Jones, Ferdinand, Vidic, Büttner, Valencia, Carrick, Fellaini, Giggs, Rooney, Welbeck. Subs: Lindegaard, Fletcher, Young, Nani, Januzaj, Kagawa, Hernandez
FC Bayern XI: Neuer - Rafinha, Boateng, Martinez, Alaba, Lahm, Schweinsteiger, Kroos, Ribéry, Robben, Müller Subs: Starke, van Buyten, Hojbjerg, Shaqiri, Götze, Mandzukić, Pizarro.
Butter v Robben is the real worry. Jones is more than capable of handling Ribery (Jenks had him in his back pocket last season  )
No Kagawa is silly IMO, there's no player on the pitch for Man U that could create something out of nothing which is the kind of player you need in a tie like this, especially at home.
Fellaini to be sent for a Felbow.

Fuck Craig Burley is annoying to listen to. He's as biased as the NZ blokes that commentate for the A-League.

United will not want to let them anywhere near their penalty box, they're going to flop like fish. -PB

Even you can't deny that Where did I say Rooney didn't make the most of it? He knew exactly what he was doing. Was it a dive? Yes, was it a foul? yes. Have a look at the Sturridge debate in the Liverpool thread, same thing really. Edited by busbybabe: 2/4/2014 01:48:53 PM

Pastore
Ripped about 5 Chelsea players there.
Quite pleased with these QF results from a neutral point of view. Except for BVB, the rest still have a lot to play for in the 2nd leg unlike the RO16.

yer the RM result was a given - no chance that being any different 2nd leg done and dusted near enough. I expected PSG getting the result at home but 3 makes it harder for chelski. chosen one can't park the bus but also he needs psg be an arsenal leaving the flood gates open  and his halves will need to score the goals

Probably helps PSG for the second leg, not much difference in ability between Cavani and Ibrahimovic and Cavani suits a counter attacking game much much more.
