I'm hoping clubs that regularly qualify for this in the future do invest in lighting or some games get moved to Saturday because clubs being forced to move grounds defeats the point of the cup It's shithouse cos there'll be less there than if they played at Palmy The solution is to shitcan the dumb Lights rule (if that's the problem here) This farken. The game with PBSC is against another semi-pro team, so the whole need for the brightness of the Sun is moot as there isn't a super awesome professional can't-see-in-the-dark HAL team playing there. -PB You'd think HAL was a cricket comp Anyone playing Brisbane this year's going to need Sunnies without the lights on

Came into my inbox not long ago : Sydney United FC v Sydney FC, FFA Cup Round of 16 Sydney FC Members will be have access to a pre-purchase period for tickets for the upcoming FFA Cup game on September 23rd. Details will be provided very soon. Tickets will be available in a Cove Active area or non-active areas on the sidelines or in the Grandstand. But these are members only... i dont expect that much to be sold before sunday anyways. whatever else is left gets sold to general public on sunday hope that makes sense.

Even just 3k would make it a great spectacle, it sounds like it will probably be about 50-50 which will be great to see on tv

This, so much this. The whole idea of the FFA cup was to play the smaller clubs at their grounds so they could make some money. What is so hard??? Heck, if there is a clash, the NPL game can be played midweek under the supposed inferior lights. How fucking hard is that??? Edited by hotrod: 4/9/2014 02:07:35 PM
