+xa brother needs help, does anyone know if the fox sports streams work overseas? I would say no. Have to turn my VPN off to be able to use Foxtel Go on my lappy. Think it's an Australian residents only kinda thing. If you have a VPN, turn it on and choose an Australian proxy, but they still might detect you're using a VPN and block you.

+x+x+x+xHopefully Roar fans won't try to high jack this moment with their own agenda. Agreed. Want to see strikers and city fans. City have fans? Well there's a reason to break up with the lad. -PB

+xa brother needs help, does anyone know if the fox sports streams work overseas? Was watching it whilst in Europe using a VPN. If you repeatedly use the same VPN IP address they'll eventually block it, but you'll get a good few sessions out of it beforehand. Second IP address they never detected. :)

Awesome How can anyone not love this. All farcical rules, debates about it's long term effects and bullshit aside, Cahill being here now and playing his first game in a suburban ground against an NPL and ex-NSL team in a knock out cup game on debut (yeah even if its 5 minutes for a round of applause at the end) is just fantastic. This can't be bad for football in Australia no matter how much us desperados and tragics on 442 try to make it out to be.

+xThat's just brilliant. Well in Yes. As I am a fan that would like to see Strikers return to Australia's top division this is a very good thing. If they could play out of that stadium with low crowd numbers, derbies at Suncorp (which helps BR), perhaps 1 game at Kawana or Robina every season against MC etc (marquee ;) club ) around school holidays and break even I would be very happy. There is no point trying to create a second team in SEQ that will be as big as BR. It would take several years to catch up. I also imagine it would be a bit of a 'cult' away match for many fans. But yeah, we need clubs playing out of 50000 seaters because that is the metric right? or wasnt it tv viewers? attendance has nothing to do with tv views BS in. In Melbourne the big club (MV) little club (MC) is working. In Sydney the big club (WSW) little club (SFC) is working. In Brisbane BR and BS would also work. Just dont try to make them MV let them be who they are.

How often are people laughed off for saying scrap the cap etc. and how it will benefit the game. One club. One club gets to be exempt and everyone starts patting those involved on the back. Yes, the rules are farcical but how can you justify holding other teams back.

Not to mention Perth Glory were denied silverware a couple of years back. The same man who hugged and squeezed Timmy fined and penalised Perth. Righto. But Timmy's here because of vi$ion and for the growth of the game. They didn't really need that extra marquee. Or the extra millions of dollars that the FFA paid.

Not if BS played out of a stadium with a small capped capacity (if economically plausable). People still want to attend games. Of course you would be hoping for people to come to the derbies.

Aha okaaaaay....Cool your jets sunshine.
Who did I praise? Did I not say the whole thing was farcical? Did I not include myself as one of the tragic on here that laments the direction of football this rule takes us in?
Did I not just say that, all of that aside for just one tiny little moment of your life to look through the fog of rage, that the picture above makes a great "headline" and story for a cup game?
