+xThe tears are beautiful. Funnily enough most coming from Sydney fans which I don't get. They didn't even play and they are worried about getting relegated. Small club mentality. Lol tears, I'm happy that Heidleberg won. Proves we need to expand right now.

+xI don't expect APIA to be particularly good. I've only seen three state league NPL teams take the game to HAL teams over the last four or five years in Cup games. The HAL teams usually have heavy legs from intensive preseason training which assists the NPL teams to be more competitive. This trio are SU58 ( once), Rockdale and Bentleigh Greens. The rest defend deep and try to hit HAL teams on the break. Tasmanian teams now realise they've overrated NSW and Victorian NPL teams in recent times. They are closer in standard to the top four Tassie NPL teams, and some distance from HAL teams once they are match fit. Nobody can work out why the gap has closed so much. 
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

That wasn't even a smash and grab, Heidelberg should have won that by a few goals, technically better all over the park, they gave us a similar pasting on their deck earlier this year.

If your team was in a situation like that, wouldn't you be proud of your 2nd, 3rd and 4th string players - a lot of guys who hadn't played at that level before - who kept a team like that scoreless until the last kick of the game? If someone had never seen Australian football before and saw the Perth glory vs Heidleberg match. They would of thought Perth Glory were the semi pro team. Disgraceful effort from the glory, they deserved to lose 3 nil.

Nix add nothing to Aus football that any other state team couldn't already provide. 3/3 attempts, Nix haven't passed the first hurdle. I feel embarrassed you think losing so late is an achievement.
