WSW are into the last 8 or 16 of the ACL aren't they? I arrived back from o/s the day Aussie played in the WC and was away for six weeks, so I missed out on some news.

WSW have just cut out some useful games for their ACL campaign.

I suppose WSW were in a pre-season, whilst City were mid season. Then again, City are amateurs or semi-pro, whilst WSW are pro.

Interesting to see the low angle of the footage for the SFC/Melbourne City fixture.

If I watch games at that level, I'm often coaching. The speed of play is so fast at HAL level, compared to what I watch, including NPL.

SFC looked very solid defensively, under Arnold's tutelage. MC were good in possession in some steady and patient build ups, but struggled with interplay in the attacking third.

I enjoyed some technical football from both teams. This game was better than some of the pre-season HAL stuff I've seen in other seasons.

Yeah it's been cleared up. He was added to the bench 15 minutes before KO. Glad it was cleared up for Adelaide's sake.

Good on Adelaide City for scoring the goal, but that was terrible defending from WSW, usually one of the best organised teams in the HAL, and, the ACL.

What a night! Far from a City fan but thrilled with that result. Here's hoping for an Adelaide derby
