Also nice and close to the maximum security prison and the main police station of the north eastern suburbs  The WSW vs. Adelaide City will probably move to a Wednesday and relocated to Pirtek because of ACL commitments. Edited by rookoz: 27/6/2014 12:31:05 PM Source? Edited by mcjules: 27/6/2014 12:32:54 PM The Wednesday one DeBohun already mentioned at FSN. Wouldn't be surprised if the ACL was also used as an excuse to also move the game, long travel to Guangzhou etc.

They don't play again. They play Member team straight away and then go onto R16. It's all straight knockout. -PB

There are huge time gaps between the quarters, semis and final. How will the poor old state leagues cope with this, being well past their season's end? A-league teams will be in the middle of the season.

Good to see Adelaide United know the rules of the comp. Their twitter says they are travelling to Wellington. They should know that Wellington aren't allowed home games in this comp.

Adelaide City v WSW is moved to 12 August iirc due to ACL (1 week earlier)...
I would expect it to be in Adelaide regardless.

Not sure where else it's been posted (might be common knowledge) but Fox Sports have committed to airing the opening match.

Time for South Coast fans to show up. If they really want to be in the A-League, this is their chance.

And all of the opening week matches are State League vs State League. Don't know which games will be best for TV in terms of home grounds. Probably Sydney United vs FNQ. Or Blacktown vs Bentleigh.
