Monthly round up
A very mixed month. We started poorly with a draw against Barnsley in the cup where we really should have lost, before a 3 game winning streak against Hull, Barnsley and Newcastle. The loss against Norwich was extremely frustrating while we should have lost by more against the gunners. If someone has asked me if I would taken a draw before the United match I would have taken it and ran but when seeing we were 3-1 with 4 minutes to go it is a bitter pill to swallow. We completed the signing of salmonfc (Scott Sinclair) for 1m and renewed the contracts of a few of our star men. That mixed month means that we are now pretty firmly lodged in 8th and will struggle to rise from that, although our games next month against Liverpool, Chelsea and Spurs will help decide that.

A very good month indeed. We got big wins over Spurs, West Ham and Villa while we came close to getting points against Chelsea and Liverpool. Unfortunately however, we lost zimbos who will now be out for the rest of the season with a torn hamstring which adds to our problems as pv4 is also set to miss the rest of the season with a knee tendonitis. We now have just 9 games left and with a bit of luck hopefully we can break into the Europa League spots as we continue to pull away from the bottom half. This should be made easier after facing the likes of Arsenal, Man United, Liverpool, Tottenham and Chelsea in the last 2 months. 3 of our next four games are also at Australia Road.

I unfortunately can confirm you will miss the rest of the season, when the original injury occured it said you would be out for 3-4 months but it hasn't changed since then so I am guessing your rehab isn't going too well. The injury sustained was a knee tendonitis. It could be related to your lack of pre season due to your ongoing groin problems last season.

Zimbos will also miss the rest of the season with a torn hamstring.

Did you go with Scott Sinclair or Mathew Leckie for my player?

Maty, but I can't appeal the decision for his work permit until the end of the season.

I am not sure if I have mentioned this but I have changed the under 21's and under 18's squads so that they share names with popular forum members. So that if we are light on players you could see Joffa as the goalkeeper rather than some random bloke.
