Best thing for us. Given the day less for these teams. Would be a high tempo. Exhausting 120 mins followed by a close penalty shoot out

Going 2-0 Japan. I really want UAE to scrap it and will go mental if they do, but I just don't see it happening

Yeh, exactly. You can't judge the better teams in the group stages, they will often go up a gear or two when required.

Japan have to back up a few games in a row I can imagine fatigue will play a part, especially since they have not rotated the squad. They have the best defense and don't stop creating chances, they also have alot of experience. UAE are a good cohesive side. I think it will come down to mental strength.

UAE could not beat Iran and the same (sadly) will be true here.

I'd say Japan have been cruising. Looking very good with their general play without really hitting top gear either in defense or attack.

Japan have not impressed. Doing enough to beat weak teams. Often this what the eventual winners do in tournaments, but this time I doubt it. UAE to cause the boil over of the tournament.

UAE will cause an upset and knock japan out......... That was my prediction and im sticking to it.
Japan had an easy group and they just did enough.

That afro guy is an OK player but he would never leave the juicy mango of the middle east for salary capped mediocrity as people have been trying to insinuate.
