I dont get 'casual smokers' like you Nico. Only smoke when they go out. I understand if you smoke the occasional spliff but why the fuck just the occasional cigarette? Screams out 'try-hard' to me.

What does the casual smoker get though? Just a waste of money. Even though you dont spend much. And you get to smell like smoke and wreck your lungs a little bit. And risk becoming an addict.

With the risk of sounding ghetto, I had my first cigarette at 13 - I don't think addiction is a huge risk. It's not like the only thing about smoking is the nicotine fix, I get headspins. :lol: And a waste of money? A waste of money is a carton of RTDs when you can get a carton of beer. $10 twice a year is no huge dent in the money department...

Anyone that smokes increases their chances of getting any disease like that. If you can get those diseases from passive smoking then i'm positive you can get it from casual.

Doing something constantly long term will increase the risk of something so much more. You eat junk food champ? If you have take away once a week, you might increase the risk of heart disease, but if you were to have it every day your surely making it worse are you not?

Lol i'm not giving a fuck about your health. I'm just a strong anti-smoker. TBH i cannot see any reason to smoke other than to make yourself look cool (younger people) or supposedly relieve stress which there are many other options i.e some random foreign type of dance and/or yoga

Ever heard of freedom of choice? You, of all people here, should understand that. Some people like the taste of a cigarette. For some people, cigarettes do calm them down, and as for yoga, well I can't see everyone going out from their desk jobs for a 5 minute yoga break:p. The fact is Nico, and lots of people enjoy smoking, it's that simple.
