It's chocolate. Whatever the use by date on anything like that is, add two or three months because it's so loaded with sugar because it's tacky commercial chocolate.

Provided you keep the chocolate in a relatively cool and dry place like a pantry it'll last for a few months. Keep it in a fridge it'll last a year.

I hat eit when people do a lousy job of locking things up the night before. You have to take twice as long when you're unpacking the next day and then YOUR boss yells at you because you're running behind with things.
