That's why a body clock FTW. I still put an alarm on my phone for back-up but in the last 3 years it has not had to go off once. I usually wake up half an hour before it and just stare at the clock.

Yeah same, I always set my alarm when I need to wake up to watch football but 99% of the time I wake up within two minutes of kick off

Stupid bloody alarm only wakes me up in the holidays, doesn't work any other time

Many a time have I set my alarm for EPL, fall asleep and wake the next morning and scream out "FUCCCCK"

That actually happened to me last year in the First Leg of the Champions League quarters. Woke up at about 80th minute, saw us getting arses kick so went back to bed.

I've always missed the Chelsea games because I couldn't get up (except Liverpool game). I could sleep through a cyclone if I was tired enough :lol:
