It's easiest for me and my brother to ride through the bush. It takes us about 25-30 minutes but thats not riding the whole time. Then bout 20 mins return.

Also other news from training was that Terry McFlynn was back to training today.
Colosimo was there and looked free with his running. There was also Timpano who seemed to be going strong. Santalab and Casey were both doing some running.
