I know it doesn't help, but I still have pretty shocking asthma (made worse by moving to a city next to a steelworks #-o ), but I medicate mine and barely notice it. Since the start of summer I've played football twice a week in coastal humidity and it's really really helped.

Worst: 5 days of work next week, which means I miss two full days of uni due to my boss not understanding the term "not available".
Worst: working till 11.30 tonight. Haven't served a customer since 7.30.

Worst: Realising how much shit my friend has gone through recently, and knowing that I wasn't there to help her. All my problems seem so so petty compared to her life at the moment.

Friend's date at the formal knew all the words to this song. Funniest thing to see him singing along and dancing at the same time.

Best: Mate came round, for a random middle of the night drive throught the Blue Mountains onto Bathurst. Did a couple laps of the race course, came home. Arrived home around 6am.

Worst: Absoloutly fucking knackered, and broke through spending $$$ on Petrol and Maccas, 100% worth it though!!!

Worst: Looks like one of my ducks broke their one of their toes. Since she is 14 years old and birds don't really recover from broken bones too well her options at the vet don't look too good.
