Best: Went rock-climbing tonight.
Best: Had a couple of mates over today.
Worst: After rock-climbing, we went to grab a feed at the nearest McDonalds. The nearest one was in Bayswater. Jesus Christ. Place was a mess. Full of teenyboppers, 16 year old girls with too much makeup on drinking vodka smirnoffs and these derro kids had taken over the outdoors area to play a game of rugby.

Best: Got asked to sit on the bench for my club's men's reserves team after my game.
Worst: Couldn't play because i accidentally kicked someone's studs in my game and my foot is swollen now. Have been icing it all day.

Icing injuries: 20 minutes every 2 hours for the first 48 hours.

Worst: Just heard a good friend of mine has been seriously hurt in a car accident.

Best: Just a generally good day. Rare but it happens.
Worst: Couldn't see Batman yesterday, got tickets for tomorrow night but a friend inadvertently spoiled it for me today :(

Cheeers mate. He's gonna be alright. My friend who told me was with him at the time exaggerated a bit, understandable, and he's gonna be out of the hospital tomorrow, just a few bruising and pain apparently.

Worst: Pops in Hospital. Wsn't feeling too good earlier in the weekend, got admitted into RPA earlier this afternoon. Apparently his heart rate was up around 160. He's OK, but still a scare.

Best: Nothing
Worst: This whole week, bar Monday night, has been absolute shit. Can't take any more of it, and I've still got three days to go.

Best - Went to Goodison park last night to watch my team Leyton Orient play Everton in the cup

Worse - 12 hour round trip from london to liverpool and back, didnt get home till 3.30am

Worst: It's Friday, have had 2 hours sleep over night, a grand total of 10 hours sleep since Sunday night, Got a presentation today at uni with a dude who hasn't sent me any indication he's helping - i'm basically going in solo - stressing over these assignments had made me catch the flu, I'm coughing like a vetran chain smoker, and I'm losing my voice. I'm working 7pm-4am tonight and tomorrow too, and I still haven't gotten round to getting my girlfriend a 21st birthday present yet - let alone a Fathers day gift for dad.

Best: Officially passed one of my courses today.
Worst: The final mark wasn't as good as I was hoping. Still did ok though.
Worst: A combination of headaches and boring lectures.

Worst: My sleep debt is getting out of control.

Worst: Browsing Twitter and saw someone re-tweet something about a missing person in WA. Had a look at the photo and noticed he had the same surname as a guy who i did an assignment with at uni this semester. And also had the same red hair and same green eyes. And lived in the same suburb as him and graduated from the same school. Fairly sure the guy missing is the older brother of the guy i know.

On a similar note,a girl I kind of know added me on facebook as usual take a quick look around and here cover picture is a magazine article about her older brother who has been missing in Canada for 4 years, got in a fight had head trauma walked out of hospital without his passport and wallet and hasn't been seen since. Heart breaking stuff.

Best/Worst: Ex-GF moved out today.

Worst: Not having a free period this morning
Best: Following the game as I walked to school and going absolutely ape shit bonkers in public
