Berbatov would surely justify a special guest position with FFA support, but I doubt he would boost crowds much as he would hardly play, he would be injured most of the season. 

Judging by the description, it's most likely Berbatov. Since the FFA are keen to see him join the A-League, is it possible we could get a slice of the marquee fund?

It appears Kuranyi does not meet the description given by Kovacevic, Germany did not play in the qualification for the 2006 World Cup as hosts. However Berbatov?

Adelaide are waiting for an answer from a striker whose description fits Kuranyi perfectly. It might also fit someone else but who?

Adelaide is also close to signing an experienced winger. Burns, perhaps Holman fit that description but I am sure others do as well
