Great Doco about the German system and what prompted it to change after the 2000 Euro's.
From U12's to U21's and comparisons to Barca,France and England.
Damn they have nice facility's.
Not practical for us but there are a few elements that we can take for sure.

Germany's average age for the 2000 Euro's as said in the video was 31.5.
Our 2010 campaign was similar at 28.4.
Verbeek's preferred starting line-up has an even older feel, averaging 31.5 years with Luke Wilkshire (28) and Jason Culina (29) the only players under 30.
