Unsurprised to see Donks getting the player's player award, seems the type of personality that you want in the dressing room.

Whether by coincidence or design, the awards night stream started the round by round count of points for the Victory Medal from the beginning of the covid restart. I counted up the points awarded for this period, have a look at the result:
Kirdar 13 Rojas 11 Anderson 7 Broxham 6 Donachie 6 Barnett 5 Roux 4 Acton 3 LLL 3 Traore 1 Nabbout 1

+x+xBrebner saying he's "very advanced in talking to players both in Australia and overseas" in the awards stream. We released Blackwood a few days ago so i’d imagine he’d be one of those players He would be a solid pickup as a versatile bench option tbh. Get Juric If he can score around 70-75% of Jmacs tally I would have him ahead in Socceroos team. I would have him ahead if he was fit. He is more of a match winner if Taggart misfires i like him but

Anyway, Vuk are chasing both Bruno and Castro.

So were seeing activity from most of the other clubs with transfer news, are we going to get any movement soon or are we going to wait till the salary cap is sorted? Could be in for another rough season if we don't get moving soon, we have ALOT of ground to make up.

Could be in for another rough season if we don't get moving soon, we have ALOT of ground to make up. With only 3 players contracted for next season, it probably makes sense to wait until the cap details are confirmed. If contracted players from other clubs are able to terminate their contracts early as part of the CBA, it would give MV a lot of options to potentially poach players from other clubs. Marquee players aside, it would be crazy to commit to any new signings until the cap details are sorted.

What do you mean? Looks commensurate to their performances to me. I think it's a terrific sign that the coaches are rating Kirdar, Anderson and Barnett so highly.

Lets just say some near the bottom even being mostly ordinary, deserve alittle higher rating..the young guys deserve a high rating I agree

Lesiotis confirming he hasn't been offered a contract on his twitch stream: https://twitter.com/AleagueHub/status/1307242815529779201Hopefully it's just a matter of waiting until they know what's happening with the cap, it would be madness to let him go.

The Vuk have not learnt anything after last season. Lesiotis was outstanding as holding or central midfield or out at right back. One of their best young players.

For me, he’s exactly the robotic type of player Farina was arguing about. He doesn’t seem to have any initiative or willingness to add different things to his game. He’s a serviceable defensive midfielder, but nothing more.

I rate Skotadis much higher. I don't see Lesiotis doing much for us unless he improves a lot.

Traore and Acton were both announced at exactly 2pm over the last two days. Who can guess who it'll be today?

+xIt's Roux, one year extension. Don't mind that. He has been serviceable. Thought Brown would be the better of the two when both signed .

+xElvis re-signed on what looks like a one year deal. Don't mind that. He needs to have a good year to show why he got the contract. Should be on minimum wage
