Of the 32 remaining FFV clubs only 4 have appeared in the National FFA Cup proper before. Hume, Bentleigh, Oakleigh and Green Gully. It’s unlikely they can all avoid each other over the final 2 rounds, so we should get at least 1 new club through.

+xI wonder if St Patrick’s will make the trip to Wagga on the Wednesday? They've shifted this game to Friday night 8pm (6th April) so that the St. Pats guys only need to miss Friday afternoon off work to make the trip down to Wagga and can then head back to Sydney on Saturday.

Would Macarthur been expecting to win that game?
The big cupset in SA was White City losing to Ghan Kilburn.

+xNepean lost to a club side. ;/ Some mad results and some not. Never know how many 1sts are actually playing in some games as we all know. Ours for eg were a mash with 20's considering the opponent and as much as these Cup games are fantastic the big picture is points on the weekend hence resting many players. Damn, Fraser got smashed, the divide PL1 to 3 - not unexpected but that would hurt. Marconi probably fielded 20's vsing Parra just sneaking through. Sutho must have worked hard ? vsing NSM for they would have wanted to challenge Sutho being PL1.
Love Football

We started some fringe players however all would be featuring at some stage during the season, we suffered a couple of injuries to Leo Malfara and Nick Olsen unfortunately, North Shore Mariners were hungry for the win and played good football. Glad we got the win, would love for us to be in the RO32 for the first time.
Local Sutherland club Kirrawee beating state league side Nepean is a good result out there however our local association teams generally do well against state league teams.
