When's the world cup of passing backwards... I do think we have a chance. Absolutely insipid performance. Juric needs the hook. As much as I would normally say move... we need Cahill.

Juric is fantastically out of his depth
He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

France with a great break forward. Griezmann goes down easily and the chance is gone

Well, Plan A, “leave our attacking weapons on the bench” isn’t working then?

Despite the frustration, this Is so much better to watch than the rubbish we played during qualifying.

Yellow for Jorgensen
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

I can’t believe our lack of quality in the box. We create so many chances and fuck them all up, every time. It is absolutely embarrassing.

We'll definitely get the chances for the goals, Peru don't seem that strong defensively. Just need to take our chances

Totally. It's better football than we played all qualifying – though it's a bit slow-paced at times but not as slow as Ange ball.
Just lacking that cutting edge, which I fear won't come.
Arzani and Cahill pls

For all the calls out there, there’s no way Cahill has 45 in him

I give us 0% of scoring in open play, how can a pro team be so incapable in the penalty box?

+x+xCant score then we dont deserve to progress Exactly, it's an indictment against our methods But we were told counter attacking will stop us conceding and win us games.

Bring on Arzani and Petratos, we need things to happen. These two can unlock defences and Petratos can hit them.

Would be extremely suprised if we come out after half time with a sub made. Realistically see our first subs to be earlier than usual, prob around the 60th minute mark with a double change Juric/Kruse off for Cahill/Arzani.

+xJuric is just lethargic Use your fucking size What's happened to Juric? He poses no threat at all anymore. I remember him scoring quite regularly for a while there, but it's all run dry. Now he tends to be largely anonymous.

There is a massive gulf between our finesse in the final third and that of most other teams. In fact in that area we’d be in the bottom 3 at the WC. Juric, Kruse and Leckie either don’t know where to move, or which pass to play, or both.
