+xWhy the hell cant this game rule on forward passes in try scoring situations? It looks so unprofessional to allow howlers like that. I want Parra to lose, but it's a blight on the game to allow that crap when they scrutinise wingers touching a sideline to the nth degree. It’s bloody ridiculous... V’lan the impaler will sort it...

+xAnyone see that patch of grass recoil and strike at PapaliiS knee as he crossed the line???... #bastardgrass... Papalii is off on a HIA. I think the turf hit him on the head. I told you it would have a bearing on this game....

+x+xWow... Seibold linked to us by Monday... I dont watch many gold coast games but geez I have to say they play a better game of footy than us. That Fogarty is a good player in the halves. His kicking is exceptional. Fair comment... What’s the penetrometer reading at BankWest tonight???... Don’t lose the Jag keys in any cracks; uncle Nick ain’t catching no Uber home...

+xHow do you spell shambles.... Bro..... That's the only positive... That the Broncos are worse than us! I have a feeling the GC with Thompson at the back will win a few games this year. He is a very clever footballer and makes a huge difference out the back. The way things are going, they will manage to lure DFifita their way too.

Was just thinking it’s a good thing some of Villis soccer mates didn’t play on Markis sticky wicket... would most likely have killed a couple of them...

+x+xYou reckon if we had two ACLs done in a game Marki would blame the turf or the training regime (while providing a detailed analysis of modern high performance techniques and methodology)???... Well both those answers are wrong.. it would be Tolmans fault... Tolman doesnt run fast enough or have a step to even be an ACL risk.... The point is, 2 guys had bad ACL injuries with not a hand on them. The ground's uneven surface was sticky yet hard and contributed to the injury with a change in direction. It cant be ignored and it would border onto complete negligence if another player was to cop one in tonight's game. Yet by some miracle the other 32 players, the ref and touchy were fine.... Tols is prepared to give you 5 meters start .... he will tackle you if he catches you...

+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+xRoosters have complained about the playing field, they want the normal surface paved with 100 dollar notes. It didn't look like the 1st green at Royal Melbourne but by the same token didn't look too bad...certainly holding together okay. Maybe someone forgot to give them their "candy" prior the game It looks fine to me. Amazing to think that we beat the Dragons easily and were flogged by the Roosters. The surface never broke up but there are many patches that are well grassed and many that are quite bare. This would make the selection of footwear difficult. I saw Nathan Gibbs interviewed when he was Swans doctor. He said what they can't work out is why, when a player does the same thing he's done thousands of times before, his knee gives way. If they knew the answer they'd have more chance of preventing these injuries. Thos this the problem.....uneven terrain. The brain cant tell if the foot can expect reaction from the ground on the grassed area or the bare area. The body's biomechanics doesnt have time to react and puts enormous stress on the joint. It's like when you miss a step going up or down stairs....you land your foot heavily. I would think if these guys were playing on even concrete they'd be ok. If they played on even quicksand they'd be ok. But this half grass half bare patch that looks like a racetrack turf is probsvly the most dangerous to put on a step or change direction Biomechanics expert now... FMD... hou e never actually played sport at any level beyond Xbox have you???... Well you can sprain an ankle if you hit a pot hole playing footy in the dark, but my experience is there is always a handy pub nearby... so no problem really. Some local councils need to stop digging up stuff. Years ago the the local show used to be held at Brookvale. After the cattle, people and sideshows had made a mess of the ground it went back to hosting RL. That was the benchmark when talking about bad surfaces The wet market material left over by the animals on the ground also known to cause some serious infections to cuts..

The only leak from the board room is, a plumber will be called in next week to fix a few leaky taps... Media speculation is like fan speculation, except fan speculation usually has better sources, like a thought the fan had after a couple of beers.
